I don't understand

At the end all it says is "the image in your mind is" and that's it, it doesn't show anything after that...

I don't get it......

Every time I would think of the number 18 and add the digits together and subtract it from the original number and it would be 1 so it showed emojis and I looked at the one that was my number on it then it said your number is and it was blank and underneath it said Wow but it Didn't show what my number was ?????
