Lots of room, fans, and lights!
Looks Great! Modern enough case for the cost. There is a ton of room for the big stuff (190mm heatsink & 360mm VGA-see pic), I have it up and running only. My cable management is NOT complete since the rig has some time before done. The fan button and LED button works great - no issues at all! Only two issues is the handle is decoration only - I expected it, and holds only 5 HDD (SSD) - I am looking into modifications as well. Not a problem since I have a serious backup setup (for a home user-all manual for now, besides mirroring). Just glad the case worked out for me, usually just build below moderate rigs but I am building to my liking and saw the case and jumped. There are plenty of others I know!It will not fit an extended Mobo, I don't see the clearance.I haven't tested the audio!!!!!!I have used all the USB ports with no issues - after I tested them. I saw review from 2yrs ago with fried Mobo's.-ROG Maximus VIII Hero Alpha: I'll be modifying the lighting once I decide on my end result- on board 2x4-prong 12V led and 5 fans controlled through UEFI! The case doesn't provide the view for this Mobo, the heat sink will block some view, probably most of it4-Avexir Impact DDR4 2666 4GB sticks: 2 came with the Mobo, so that was great!-i5 Skylake: stock cooler for now, budget-EVGA 500w - can't hear a thing! I hear the CPU fan over everything else!

This was the first case that caught my eye when wanting to build a PC. Futuristic design that looks like the apartment complex in Japan's PlayStation home. The color changing way before rgb was an accepted concept, swappaple drive bays and easily removable filters is something people will always need and this case has it. I bought two other cases before deciding to stop playing around and try my first love. Usually that ends badly but not this time!

One thing of major note is the cable management, where it might not look like much, the space they saved by pushing the drive bay panel back and having a modular drive array is absolutely massive, as well as the about half inch of space they give you in general. This means that even with all 5 sata data connectors connected, there is little to no mess, furthermore, connecting extra DVD drives and such does nothing to hurt the case's management, the supplied fans have generous wire all routed in plain sight to their ports. Which is less cables you have to worry about. The only set of cables that took me back a little were the I/O cables, which were just barely enough to plug into the taichi motherboard. Ironically, the USB 3.0 cord is comparable to the dragonball super dragon. But because of when this case was made, it was most likely designed to fit in a USB 3 pcie extension slot. Which is a fantastic measure. This case was designed to accommodate someone who was aiming to completely deck out their PC. And that may be easier with the 1080s architecture and efficiency, but even without it, this case can take the wires with no problem. The hot swap bays require screws, which makes me happy, the screws push rubber forward and keeps the drives stable and makes for a more reliable way to store them. If you've ever had a tool less wheel pop out and have you playing tug of war with your case you'll understand why it is much better to have control over how secure your drive is.

Another major note is the key locking system. I think the only thing someone can take out of the case if secured properly is the drive bays, and if you screw them in the other side, they're not getting that either. If you have internal USB headers in your motherboard or a USB header extension with ports you can store all of your sensitive drives in there and no one can get at them. It's also good if you want to anchor something heavy in it to deter people from moving it. There are keyboard cable locks that can be used to hold the cable to the system. So if you do something rash like secure your monitor to the PC. Whoever tries to take it is going to need an extra pair of hands. So if you're going to go all out and build a monster system, you can have a failsafe, especially if your monitor is mounted to the wall.

The cooling potential is pretty normal among full tower cases, two 120 areas for your aio, one if you bought the big boy power supply. (Still two if you don't mind it looking silly down there) and one 120 on top. There were a few places that had a 240mm mounted on the hard drive sleighs, but I don't know what sorcery was involved there. Unlike other cases, save for one 200mm filter, you're pretty much completely set up to do whatever you want here. So to pair with the cooling, as is there are no hidden fees in this case.

All being said, this case is the aesthetic masterpiece that someone wishing to make a complete build would want to have while avoiding the less practical things like colored cables, or hard drive arrays to save visual space in the case. Too many times you see builders with their rear mounted ssds, or no optical drives, or one hard drive, just to keep a neat build, this build will take all of your things and make it look good.

It's amazing how a case that's 5 years old can be so properly aimed at a target than newer minimalist builds that seem to be the new thing.

Honestly, this case is amazing. It really is. I just received it yesterday and wow, just wow. I saw a lot of complaints about the hot swap drive ports, and I saw some previous pictures of how that part looks and connects, it's completely different now. It's now like a plate with solid connectors on it and it's screwed nicely in place and my drives slid in perfectly. One power port for all of them, an open sata port for each drive if you'd like to not use the hot swap(Which I'm not). The fans are amazing, pretty dang quiet for a case with 3 200mm fans in it. The LED's are high quality, a few different settings that are very nice. There is literally nothing wrong with my case, I did see some people complaining about scratches on the window, but I noticed that the scratches were in the inside of the window, and then after looking, I found a protective film that was kind of hard to see, but when I removed that those scratches went away and the window is untouched.

This thing is just a beast, absolutely massive, but so worth it. It's clean as heck. No scratches at all. All the ports are working beautifully. The airflow is so good my computer isn't heating up at all, without liquid cooling my CPU is at a nice 50c under load, which in my previous case it was getting up to like 83c. I can't express how much I love this case.

Like I said, I know there's a lot of reviews and pictures and stuff of the model that was clearly before the one they are sending out now, because I had 0 issues with anything, including the drive slots and ports. If you are considering buying this, really considering it, do it. You will not be displeased at all. It's beautiful. I'll post some pictures later.

Great case!!! Well worth the money, just make sure you invest the time setting it up. There is a lot in the case to consider for configurations but all in all I got my full system assembled with proper cable management but it did take longer than expected. I spent probably 6 hours or so working on everything, but I am a perfectionist and have a custom liquid cooling rig. It is large, keep that in mind! It also has some cool feet on the bottom that rotate to help you turn your system if you need to get into it. Has keys and locks for the drives and main area. The modular setup with the hot-swappable drive bays ROCKS!!! So helpful I words can't explain it. This is a huge time savor, looks better, and is much cleaner! By far one of my favorite features, and it comes with a real nice daisy chain SATA power connector strip that connects up to 5 HDD or SDD drives alone which saves on unnecessary cabling and wasted SATA power cables from your PSU.

Pros: Lots of Space, Easy Swap Hardrive bays with built in cable management, top has 2 USB 3.0 and eSATA connector with adjustable fan speed, front has 4 USB 2.0 spots. Definitely worth the money!

Cons: Very LARGE (feet and carrying handle make it even taller) Check the measurements of where you will put it. If it is under something, measure your clearance first. It is large, however it does have a lot of space (kind of goes hand in hand which is why I still gave it 5 stars)

5.0 out of 5 stars Transfers lots of air.

I've owned one of these cases since 2012 and anything I've installed in it has always run cool. When I saw that they were still selling them I had to get a another one for my AMD 2990wx build. I find working with this case very easy as there is lots of room and having the drive bays easily swappable with no tools is a big plus. The original case had just a cable with multiple plugs for the hard drives to plug into but this version has a board that the drives plug into. This is a good as I had previously had issues with drives not fully plugging in due to the flex of the structure holding the cabled plugs.

The only issue I have with this new case is the front fan. It has a bit of a speed wobble which made a very loud hammering sound when you turned the case on (the last thing you want to hear coming from your new system). I removed the dust filter from the front, but it still intermittently would make the sound again. The fan was hitting the 2 bits of folded, perforated metal that holds in the front filter. I ended up removing said metal (wasn't going to use the filters anyways as I need the extra air flow) and that fixed the issue. I also wasn't going to return the entire case over a simple fan issue.

Even with the front fan issue I would still purchase another one of these cases. I recommend this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Capiente, spazioso ed enorme
