Its ok
The alarms go off when you make the paths cross, even though there is no danger and the planes are far apart. therefore, in the later parts of the game, alarms are going off way too much, and you never know which planes are actually close to crashing, so you can fix it. Lesa alarms would make the game so much better.
Another rip off
It has no instructions on how to play, and it does not respond. ATC Mania support does not even acknowledge that the game exists; it is not listed at the so-called support site.
