This promises a fast weight loss if you stick to 800 cals a day, also good to factor in some fasting, all explained in the books.
I looked through the books and chose some breakfasts and meals for a week, did a shopping list and did a delivery shop to avoid temptation. It cost around the same as my weekly shop, the second week cheaper as I didn’t need a lot of the store cupboard items like herbs.
I’ve varied the meals and they are easy to cook and very tasty. I’m quite impressed, I’ve eaten things I’ve never had before. Easy and quick, I can really recommend lovely recipies.
Weigh in day tomorrow, I do believe I will show a weight loss of around10lbs in my first week as I had a sneaky jump on the scales. A good start but I don’t expect it every week !!
It would be nice though .

Low carb but still with a few treats.
I love cooking and eating good food and this is a great book for that as the meals are delicious, I've tried lots of them. Frittata Muffins and spicy carrot with cod are two of my favorites.
It's so easy to follow as all meals are listed with the calorie count, there are menu plans and the recipes are usually for two portions, which I like as I can have the second portion for lunch the next day. ( or me and hubby)
With a little prep this book makes following the fast 800 a breeze. Well done to the people who put the dishes together and made them taste great.
