Item came in factory box sealed with factory strips. Box did not have plastic on it but the bow was factory sealed. Powered on with a 90%ish charge. 3 days of constant wear and use and have yet to charge it. Much better than I expected and better battery life than my series 8. Very happy with the device but I believe the band could be of better quality. That is the fault of Apple not Amazon or the seller. Item was delivered in 2 days and set up for use in less than 30 mins.

Disappointing Experience with Apple Watch Ultra 2 Purchase from Amazon

What a letdown! I enjoy shopping on Amazon, and I recently ordered the new Apple Watch Ultra 2. While the watch arrived punctually, it came with the wrong band. I had to debate with Amazon's customer service to send me the right band instead of returning the whole watch. When I finally received the correct band, it turned out to be faulty. The velcro is coming off the strap. After this frustrating experience, I've decided not to buy Apple products from Amazon anymore. Either the wrong items are sent, or they're defective.
