Battery Life, quality of voice calls is great, We did have to do some research to learn how to change a few new setting like how to power off and make a button reassignment so we could turn the phone off with one button not 2 buttons, We would have liked a ability to add storage like we were able to on the S8. The finger print ready is great! Over all great phone and purchase! the prime days sales was 30 % off!

Battery life. Subpar. I work with my phone daily. 6 am to 12 pm my phone is already at 45% regularly. 1pm it's charges back up to 100% so super fast charger works. But by 5pm its down to 30%. I don't like feeling like I got to throw my phone on the charger all the time.
I've also had audio problems with this phone since day one. Probably a manufacture defect and they sent me a replacement so not to mad. On phone calls it sounds like someone threw sand in the speaker and the audio quality continues to get worse until you can barely make out any words at all.
Other than that. I've always been a fan of samsung products. Though I'd take my Note 9 back in a heart beat over this one. Probably going to stay with the note series for future purchases
