Perfect way to get my steps in!
I saw this walking pad all over TikTok so I ended up purchasing when it was on sale. The first time I used it, I was only able to walk for less than 10 minutes before the pad kept rubbing and moving to the right. I didn’t notice it until I heard a loud sound. Was able to adjust and center back the pad, but it still keeps happening here and there. It’s quite annoying. I’m more sure if my walking pad is faulty? But I know it shouldn’t be like this…I haven’t even had it for 3 weeks yet and it’s been such an inconvenience to adjust it every time I walk. (I use this every day btw)Aside from that flaw, I like that I’m able to get my steps in throughout the day while I’m working.

I loved the idea of this walking pad and it was on sale for Prime Day. I brought it to work (I actually have to go to work). I am in an office and have many others around me. At first it worked well and I used it 2-3 days a week for maybe 1/hr a day. I tried to get some extra steps in while at my desk. I would go a few weeks where I would not use it at all, so I have not used it excessively at all. I began using it again in late October trying to get back to it and after about 45 minutes of use, everyone was complaining of a burning smell. I had to stop using it. I tried again a few days later and after 30 minutes, same smell. The belt also keeps shifting, so I have to keep getting off to adjust it with the Allen wrench. Fine. Then today, 11/15/23, I was going to use it before lunch for a few and I turned it on and it is making a loud clicking noise. Immediately everyone else in the office commented on the noise and I am unable to use it. I tried adding oil. Turning off and back on. Adjusting belt. Nothing works. I’m guessing it is out of commission now. So it lasted all of 4 months with very little use. Not sure there are others that are better. I plan on contacting the company due to the warranty but I’m not holding my breath. My return window closed a month ago (of course).
