    Perfect universal usage.
I needed a headset for both video calls and listening to music. This has quality sound compared to my old general use headphones and earbuds and block out noise well. My voice is a lot clearer. My only issue is that I wish the receiver were smaller as the width blocks any ports next to it.(I'm not a fan of huge black ovals but an aftermarket skin fixed that)

Work and sound great! I initially had the Arctis 7P for my PS5 and really enjoyed the comfort and sound. After I bought my X series and realized the 7X's worked on both consoles it was a no brainer! The comfort, sound and 24 hour of use battery life make these headphones unmatched for the price.

I mainly use this for Hunt Showdown where sound is critical. I'm not good enough at the game to take full advantage.

Much more comfortable for a gamer with bigger ears. Which is a huge plus considering most headsets lack comfort for long durations of gameplay. Sad part is I just got them in today and charged them up to play some Pubg on xbox, and wouldn't you know.... the sound quality is not on par. Now, the sound isn't horrible, it's definitely better than tv speakers but my astro A20 sound quality is 4 times better right out of the box. If you're looking for sound quality for shooters, this isn't the headset for you. If you want something comfy for casual games that don't require much attention on background noises, this is for you.

initially worked fine until one day the headset would connect to my series x and then no one could hear me talk. I could hear the party and game but no one could hear myself talk. The chat/game volume is not properly balanced at all and does not allow you to individually control chat/game. Don’t understand why they did it this way. Now it won’t charge. Everyday it’s something new with this headset and I’m done with it. Works great when it actually works (which is never) 0/5 stars get an Astro instead

4.0 out of 5 stars Solid product... but get the Nova 7X instead.
Reviewed in Canada on April 24, 2023
This is an amazing headset. If your sticking point is latency, this is quite literally the lowest latency gaming headset that you're going to find. Truly amazing. Having said that... the Nova 7X is a superior build. There's a touch more latency, but it's still incredibly low, and the Bluetooth feature is just so darn cool. The Nova is also lighter, has recessed knobs (which is great if you game lying down like me), a much cleaner microphone storage recess, and the battery lasts forever.
