    I received this phone in hand on 9 Dec 22...by 16 Dec 22 I had already done 4 factory resets based on it crashing and giving the message seen in the pictures.

    I am totally disappointed with this order and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone based on this experience. I have always been a Samsung person and for the first time I said let me try something new as it seemed viable that it is a tough phone that I may get value for money. I DID NOT GET VALUE FOR MONEY. I paid $399.99 for the phone and it has been my worst buy ever in my entire life.

    I need a refund.
