Why the headphones cannot connect to my cellphone, or take a long time to connect?

If headphones cannot pair normally when power on. Open the case, triple tap the pairing button to initial searching for Left & Right pairing, and then click "1MORE Aero" in the device pairing list.

Why the headphones cannot play music after successfully connecting to my Android device?

After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Media Audio" option is on.

Why there is no sound from the headphones while making phone calls after successfully connecting to my Android device?

After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the "Phone Audio" option is on.

Why the Bluetooth connection is not stable and causes some interruptions?

Love these so far! The battery life is long and the sound is pretty good. The case is small which could be good/bad if you’re one who might lose a smaller case. My only concern with them is that they are very smooth and sometimes easy to slip out of your fingers when handling. Perhaps a small grippy area could be added to future models? Otherwise, great for the price!

Overall, not the best design. It's difficult to get a good fit and isolation in ears. The nozzle is truly short. The case is difficult to open, it's fine after you get used to it though. Still earbuds are difficult to get out of the case, there is no easy way around that. Sound quality is ok with AAC codec, I would have liked to see Aptx LL or Aptx adaptive. Multipoint connection support is nice to have, it works, though it is claimed to be experimental still. The sound has emphasis on low end. Fortunately, the app has custom EQ support that persists on the earbuds. So, once you set it it works across all your devices.

The overall package is “good”, especially at this price point. The case is fine - nice to have wireless charging. Like - in almost all ways, these are a solid pair of feature-rich earbuds. But the deal killer for me was that they would slip out of my ears. I tried all the ear cup sizes that came in the box, I tried different angles and insertion pressure, but inevitably, these would manage to work themselves loose and then fall out - especially if I was talking or eating (moving my jaw a lot).

These DO have multipoint connection (connected to two (and only two) different Bluetooth devices at the same time), BUT you *must* install the App and then switch multipoint ON. I don’t want yet another app on my phone. (The good news is that once multipoint is turned on and configured, you can delete the app)

The next downside in my opinion is the touch control on these. In order to switch between transparency mode to noise cancellation to “extra” noise cancellation, you have to long press the bud in the right spot for like, a second and a half or something … it is *way* too long. I need to be able to switch quickly - with a single tap. Ain’t nobody got time for a long press!! Also note that the buds are very curvy and smooth, which is nice for comfort, but it means there is no good tactile feedback if you are too high or too low to tap the control.

Sound quality is GOOD. The functionality is GOOD. The set of features is GOOD. The noise cancelling is GOOD. If these stayed in my ears, I would have kept them and just dealt with the other issues - but because I waited too long and couldn’t return them, I gave them away as a gift.

I should have contacted the company first when the pairing consistently failed, as apparently it was the fault of that particular pair. I thank them for encouraging me to try again.

Consistently inconsistent which earbud will connect to my phone. Sometimes only the left earbud connects to my phone, sometimes only the right, sometimes both, sometimes neither. Did not have this problem with my previous Soundcore earbuds. With those if I used only the right earbud, that one connected, if I used only the left one, it connected. The 1More earbuds are totally unreliable. Sound quality is great which is the only reason they get 2 stars and not 1. Too much of a hassle to deal with. Don't buy. (Edit: Only had these a few months and now the right earbud will not connect at all. Also customer service is online only and nearly impossible to talk to a real person instead of a machine with only useless premade answers. If you have any problems with them you won't get any help.)

These buda are absolutely superb, The noise canceling is goof for buds,. What is really outstanding is the full spectrum sound. I hear things I've never heard before even on expensive headphones. Above all the lyrics of songs stand out clearly. I find them good for all types of music. And the price!!:

PEqueños, manejables, buena autonomia, la caja tiene un diseño diferene al habitual, para mi mas comoda...
Calidad real de sonido, para el uso habitual, y una buena calidad de cancelacion de ruido
No son los mejores del mundo en nada, pero son muy aceptables para el precio, tamaño y uso que le doy.
Hay que estar pendiente porque yo los compre a 69€, y ese si que es un buen precio.
