Broken piece and it squeaks when printing
The screw can not be inserted as the part with the threads has come out! When printing my first print, it is squeaking something terrible. This is the 6th printer purchased from this company and I have had issues with 3 of the 6. Is there no quality control on these printers?

I gave it 4 stars but full disclosure this is my first 3d printer. Straight out of the box printed good. Then all of a sudden started doing failed prints. I tinkered with settings got them decent. Then failed prints again. Reset to factory and just started doing auto bed leveling before every print and so far working good. It prints things very fast. It is a little loud but not horribly. None of the slicer programs have this machine file so far so I ended up using someone’s profile found on fb. All in all I’m pleased with the purchase. Wish there was a little more support for a new machine being new to this.
