1.0 out of 5 starsTrackpad broken, wifi constantly drops, Google Play Music lags and stutters

This was our first chromebook, and we went in knowing what to expect from one. We were very disappointed.
What is good about this Chromebook?
The screen is fantastic, the reason we bought the Chromebook 11 is it supposedly offers the best screen outside of the Chromebook Pixel. Good viewing angles, and it is nice and bright. I also really liked the micro USB charger, and in normal use, the battery was just fine. The chromebook is nice and light, and seems sturdy. Unfortunately the good ends there.
The trackpad broke after not even using it for a week. It sticks and makes Chrome think the mouse is held down all the time.
Wifi drops all the time. It'll say it is still connected but nothing will work. You have to disconnect and reconnect the wifi multiple times for it to work. Sometimes even that doesn't work and you have to reboot. We tested this at a few locations. Other wifi devices at our home work fine.
Probably related to the wifi issue, but Google Hangouts won't stay connected either. It drops all the time and won't reconnect, even if you can get to other websites.
I listen to music while browsing, and Google Play Music is what I use. Unfortunately it constantly skips and lags during playback, whether you're using the device or not. After researching, I figured out other Chromebooks with a similar processor do not have this issue. For a Google device, not being able to use a Google service is very bad!
We're returning this, and will wait for the new Toshiba Chromebook to come out next month.
