3.0 out of 5 starsIt is finicky and may not work at the rated higher speed!

I bought the HyperX Predator 32Gb 3600MHz memory RAM a year ago for my 1st PC build and the RAM worked like a charm. I was able to enable XMP and get the memory RAM to run at the rated 3600Mhz.
Last week, I built my 2nd PC from scratch and ordered another HyperX Predator 32Gb 3600MHz memory RAM to install on the new PC. It worked fine at the default, i.e. slower 2600MHz, speed but when I enabled XMP in the BIOS to get the higher 3600MHz speed, my PC locked up. This RAM set would only ran at 2600MHz on my 2nd PC. So I tried to see if it would run at 3600MHz on my 1st PC. It would not so I requested an exchange from Amazon.
The replacement memory RAM arrived today. I installed it on my 1st PC because the 2nd PC was not available at the time. Again, the memory ran fine at the slower default speed but not at the higher speed when XMP was enabled. I was expecting to have to return this memory RAM as well. But before I did that, I wanted to try it on the 2nd PC as soon as I could get to it (it's located someplace else).
To my surprise, the memory worked fine on my 2nd PC at the rated 3600MHz speed with XMP enabled. Since this memory was intended for the 2nd PC anyway, I decided to keep it even if it didn't work with my 1st PC.
Because of the finicky nature of the memory RAM depending on what hardware it is installed in, I decided to give this product 3 stars rather than the 5 I would have given it had it worked fine from the outset on both of my PCs at the rated higher speed. It's like a crap shoot. It might work but then, it might not! LOL
