1.0 out of 5 starsBEWARE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

Upon receiving my processor, things seemed fine until we began testing. Once we began testing with it, an issue became clear that caused major stutters while working & gaming on my newly build PC. We alienated the issue to the Processor and the Motherboard, and promptly returned both. However, the seller only gave me a partial refund. Upon reaching out to them to confirm why we received a partial refund, despite being within Amazon's full refund policy, which they claim they adhere to, I was then told that they add on a Restocking fee based on "damage done to the original packaging or seal." All we did was cut the seal to open the processor, and immediately upon finding it didn't work as it should, repacked it exactly as it was sent to us, sans the broken seal and MINOR bending of the top where it was opened, and sent it back. I expected a full refund, instead, out of the 214 I paid (including tax) I got a refund of $128. Which means they charged me 40% (!!!!) for the seal being broken, according to their restocking fee reasons. That's ASININE. It seems they charge a restocking fee on a whim, because it is insane to think $85 is the restocking fee, again, 40% for little to no damage on the packaging, and NO damage done by us for a defunct product.
Beware if you do buy from this business, because if you are unsatisfied in ANY way you're likely going to need to contact Amazon. Took over a week for Amazon to correct, because the business stopped responding to me altogether.
Also, to add, AMD Processors are not the way to go--Extremely glitchy, caused a major stutter and then wouldn't work at all. Basically DOA. Avoid at all costs.
