Image burned in the screen.
The phone I received has very noticeable image burn covering the entire screen, especially visible when the screen is mostly white. You can see the words "Starting demo" burned in, in the center of the screen, and pink/red bars running down the screen. I'm guessing these were store demo phones based on that and how dirty it was out of the box. They do not look at these phones before they send them, they aren't tested or even physically cleaned.
