Customers are mixed about the size of the tent. Some mention it fits very neatly in their van, and even though it's a bit heavy it has convenient. The tent gracefully fits our full size air mattress, and me, my child and dog fit in this very comfortably. However, others say the only drawback is the length, which is expected for the popup feature. The carrying bag is a little long to fit in the trunk of a car or SUV, and the tent is about 6 feet long when packed and weighs about 30 pounds, so it won't fit lengthwise in a truck bed.
"...The tent is long, so make sure it can fit in your car and that you'll have space to store it while not in use...." Read more

Customers are mixed about the waterproofness of the tent. Some mention it keeps them mostly dry and keeps bugs out in the rain, while others say that it gets between the tarp and the tent floor and the outside walls get very wet.
"...It provided reliable protection, keeping me dry and comfortable throughout my stay. The overall quality of this tent is top-notch...." Read more
"...Note: bag is not waterproof, definitely upgrade to the overland edition bag (you can buy it separately)..." Read more
"...LEAK. Even with the windows zipped 80-90% of the way open, we stayed high-and-dry...." Read more
"...I also love that it has removable (but reliable) floors to keep water out. Never had an issue with water leaking in even in the rainy PNW...." Read more
Customers are dissatisfied with the weight of the tent. They mention that the packed size is heavy and huge, and that it's not light. Some say that the tent is too heavy to store on their motorcycle, but it'll fit in the back of a car.
"...Just be careful! The tent is pretty big and heavy when packed but I completely understand why...." Read more
"...It’s fairly heavy at 30 lbs and if you can’t lift that weight and it 5-1/2 ft length to where it needs to go, possibly over your head, this may not..." Read more
"...The flooring material could be heavier material, but it's on par with any other tent we've owned...." Read more
"...That said, it is not too heavy, and there are great carry straps, including over-the-shoulder "duffle-bag" type straps, as well as loops on..." Read more

The standout feature of this tent is its incredibly easy setup. In just 90 seconds, I had the entire tent assembled and ready to go. The intuitive design and thoughtful engineering make the setup process a breeze, even for solo campers. It was such a relief to spend less time setting up and more time enjoying the great outdoors.
Not only does this tent excel in convenience, but it also impressed me with its durability. The materials used are of exceptional quality, and it's evident that this tent is built to withstand the elements. I encountered windy and rainy conditions during my camping trip, and the Gazelle T4 stood firm without any issues. It provided reliable protection, keeping me dry and comfortable throughout my stay.
The overall quality of this tent is top-notch. The stitching, zippers, and construction are all robust, ensuring longevity and dependability. The attention to detail is evident, and it instills confidence that this tent will last for many camping adventures to come.
Another notable aspect is the spaciousness. The four-person capacity provided ample room for my group, and the tall ceiling height made the interior feel even more expansive. It allowed us to move around comfortably and store our gear without feeling cramped.
In conclusion, the Gazelle Tents 22272 T4 Pop-Up Portable Camping Hub Tent has won me over with its easy setup, exceptional durability, and impressive quality. It's a tent that delivers on its promises and enhances the overall camping experience. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a novice, I highly recommend this tent for its reliability, convenience, and overall outstanding performance.
Prepare to be delighted by the Gazelle T4 and enjoy your camping adventures to the fullest!
It also looks beautiful and has plenty of windows for ventilation. The two-door design was helpful for improving airflow as well.
I set this tent up by myself for the first time in about 5 minutes without trying to rush (I'm 4 ft 11 in tall with wimpy arms).
Fully setting it up to camp took my boyfriend and me about 15 minutes: unfolding a tarp, staking that down, setting up the tent, attaching the rain fly, and staking down the tent walls and floors. So I would not say that it takes only 3 minutes to legitimately be ready to sleep for the night, but it's way faster than any other tent I've used. Very much worth it!
I didn't have the chance to test it in the rain, but I think it would do well. I sealed all the seams as a standard new tent precaution, but while doing so it felt almost unnecessary because the seams looked excellent.
If you're uncertain about the removable floor - don't worry. Zero bugs got inside the tent, the velcro looks very heavy-duty, and I dont forsee a need to remove the floor unless I want to replace it after like 10 years.
I think one review mentioned issues with the zippers? I'm not sure what that was about because the zippers on the tent seemed durable and strong to me. Maybe if I aggressively zipped them up and down as fast as I could for half an hour I could cause some damage. Maybe.
Stakes: mine only bent when hammered directly onto chunks of igneous rock hiding a couple inches below the soil at one of the campsites I visited. I purchased some extra heavy-duty stakes, and I would recommend that others do, too. I needed them for my tarp, and it's just good practice to bring a backup anyway.
The tent is long, so make sure it can fit in your car and that you'll have space to store it while not in use.
Overall, I highly recommend this tent. It's beautiful, highly practical, and well made. I think I will get years and years of good use out of it.
