Leader Class Evolution Optimus Prime

When Orion Pax becomes the bearer of the Matrix of Leadership, he evolves to Optimus Prime. This Power of the Primes Leader Class Evolution Optimus Prime figure lets fans imagine creating that same legendary evolution. Use the included converting Evolution Armor to evolve from a 5.5-inch scale Deluxe Class Orion Pax figure to a 9-inch scale Leader Class Optimus Prime figure. It even includes a Matrix of Leadership accessory that fits inside the figure's chest. The Matrix of Leadership accessory also holds Prime Master figures (not included, each sold separately). Swap out the Matrix's core and swap in a Prime Master figure to imagine giving Optimus Prime the incredible godlike powers of a Prime. The Optimus Prime figure converts to tractor-trailer mode in 33 steps. The Orion Pax figure converts from vehicle to robot mode in 15 steps.     whoever designed this OP, is a genius. i like this take on orion pax and optimus prime, 2 in 1. the transforming is fun. i really like it that the OP trailer is the shell and the lower body of optimus prime. orion pax looks great and optimus prime looks awesome. just a little comment though. i wish optimus prime joints at the hips can be tighten. i wish it is more robust. overall, it is a great fun toy.

    VERY COOL! A few panels might come loose if pulled hard enough, but easily put back together. The Freightliner mode doesn't have the two top exhaust pipes but it's still the same looks as G1 Optimus. Kinda wish Orion Pax's pieces were more concealable but it's comprisable with the parts clicking together. Still a really cool toy for anyone who likes that Optimus with the disappearing trailer, wondering why it's always gone when he transforms.

The transformation is good and when in the form of optimus prime it stands just about ad tall as some of the masterpiece primes I have.     This is an awesome Optimus prime, for the most part. Prime looks spectacular from the front in robot mode - the best-looking Prime I've seen. The sides and back, however, are less pretty because they are grey, since they have to transform into his trailer. Be that as it may, this is well worth getting. Prime comes with his traditional rifle and the Matrix of Leadership, which stores in his chest (abeit the interior does not look the same as in the Movie, for design reasons). His chest separates to become either his Trailer cab or (in robot mode) Orion Pax. (Don't leave Prime's chest doors open, or else you can't remove Orion!) Orion looks great, and Prime's rifle separates to become two guns for Orion. As either Orion Pax or Prime's cab, the Matrix can be stored inside. The rest of Prime's body become his trailer, which resembles his original trailer but does not open up or come with Roller. Looks pretty good (not perfect) in vehicle mode. Overall, a nice Prime.

    Wow. Just - wow. Like the other comments, this is by far the best, most cleverly designed Prime I've ever seen. Transformation is extremely well executed. In Bot mode Optimus is both imposing and solid, and just looks great. The head sculpt is the best sculpt of Prime I've seen - Prime certainly means business! Transformation into Alt mode is well executed (except two side panels on the trailer section that can be a little fiddly). He's solid in alt-mode, too. Now - to the icing on the cake. Not only do you get the best Prime made by Hasbro... but you also get Orion Pax - Optimus, before he became Prime - that, kinda Gestalt-wise, becomes part of Prime when he's in bot mode AND then transforms into the truck in alt-mode! Just..... I have no words!! (well, besides the above) ;)
    A great toy - bought it for my son, who is now probably a bigger 'Bot fan than his dad! Am I jealous??? YES!! I have MP-01, but am secretly justifying buying this Bad Bot anyway....
    Forget the terrible Bayformers and their toys, Hasbro have made some really great toy designs recently - personal favourites are Generations Leader Class Jetfire (who is just awesome in both modes), POTP Rodimus and now - Optimus. Well done, Hasbro. Now stop making all these awesome figures because my bank balance can't take it!!!
