Product Care: While we do not recommend washing your Superga shoes, you may be able to wash our Cotu styles. The best way to wash our Cotu shoes is in a pillow case, cool wash and powder detergent (not liquid), leave laces on so you don't lose the shape of the shoe and hang to dry naturally, not on a radiator. After reading the mixed reviews I took a chance and purchased my first pair. Not being sure (according to the reviews) about sizing, I ordered the womens US 8. I'm a true size 8M (not narrow nor wide) and they are a perfect fit. Very cute, not as heavy as some described and super comfortable after wearing right out of the box for most of the day. Mine were made in Vietnam if that makes a difference to anyone. This is a great shoe that can be worn many different ways. As far as the quality goes I'll have to update this review later after putting them through the test of time. So far I'm super pleased with the purchase.

UPDATE: these were absolutely perfect for my trip, they remained comfortable even after a full day of walking several miles.

I originally bought these for an upcoming trip where I’ll be walking a lot. I normally wear a size 7.5 or 8 women’s shoe and got the EU39. The initial fit was slightly too big, but I switched to thicker socks and re-laced them and they fit just right. They do need to be broken in but the process hasn’t been difficult. So fave I’ve worn them about 3 or 4 times for about a 30 minute walk outside. There was a little rubbing on the small toe for me to begin with but the last two times I’ve worn them that hasn’t been an issue. I’m going to keep wearing them for short bursts to keep breaking them in but I am confident they will work out really well for the trip now.

I have been wanting to try these shoes for a while, but they were just a bit too expensive. I decided to give them a try when I found a great price here. It took a couple weeks for the order to arrive, which was disappointing, but understandable during Covid times. The weight on the box says 2.5lbs, and they are heavier than your average sneaker. The canvas is a bit stiff straight out of the box, as is the sole, but once you start walking, you can feel how comfortable they are. I've worn them several times, and each time I wear them, they get more comfortable, not to mention they look great! The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5, the heel is a bit big, even when wearing no show socks, so there is a bit of slippage, but not enough for me to return the shoe. Other than the heel, it does run a bit big. Depending on the shoe style, I wear both an 8.5 and 9. I ordered an 8.5, and they fit fine (besides the heel).

I really wanted to like this shoe. Well priced, looks cute - perfect summer white tennis shoe. Firstly - I ordered my normal size: 7. It arrived and was too large. I'm not fussed about that - if I liked it - I would play Goldilocks until I rec'd a shoe that fit.

This is a really well made shoe. Great stitching & construction. Great price, too!

What I did not like: the shoe is heavy. Heavy out of the box and noticeably heavy to wear. Held onto it for a few days deciding if I was going to return or exchange. In the end, I reluctantly decided to return them.

Not quite sure why these would be Kate Middleton's favorite sneaker because they are not comfortable for "walk-abouts." I wore them on a one-hour walk on a paved path and got four small blisters on my toes and a very painful damaged nailbed on my big toe that is blackened and still healing two weeks later. The jam injury was caused by the top of the shoe continually "hitting" my toenail with every step. There is very little arch support and very little cushion in the sole, so you can really feel your feet slapping against the pavement without any bounce, lift, or cushion to your step. They are lightweight and pack great. They look cute with anything from jeans to shorts to summer dresses. But they are not comfortable for walking. If you are at a picnic, a backyard BBQ, going for coffee, strolling slowly, etc., they are fine. But if you are truly walking for any amount of time or distance, wear a different pair of sneakers.

Do you need a perfect quintessential every day type of shoe? SUPERGA is the BEST brand for this!!

I wear these brand daily and they are:
1) Comfort: Love for walking BUT wear socks if you are walking over 2 hours since they can be cause a little discomfort if you don’t
2) High arches - they are great for my feet even with those
3) Material and Upkeep - these are canvas so any spots can be wiped off and I recommend spraying shoes with stain prevention like any sneaker for easy cleaning
4) Fashionable - I pair them with jeans, dresses and they are a basic staple to wear in every versatile way
5) Fit - I have wide feet and ordered a half size up than what I usually wear and they are great. They are also good if you have plantar fasciitis or a wide toe box.
6) Longevity - I have gotten tons of wear of them (3x a week for standing for 8-9 hrs) and they last and have shown wear after a year.
7) Price - some styles are higher but Amazon

I am on my 4th purchase of Supergas so highly recommend the brand and buy them to stock up whenever they are on sale.
