Identifying my chrono and metabolism type seems to address many of the problems I have had with obtaining and maintaining consistent good energy levels. I am looking forward to implementing the suggestions and having a consistent good energy level.

I would highly recommend this book to folks who are seriously thinking about improving their health and fitness. it was an eye opener as it talks about how you need to change your exercise, food based on who you are which they call body type which was an insight i did not know. i would highly recommend this book for people who want to lose weight. i am following the steps now given in this book and hope to gain from it.

The authors do a great job of explaining how to learn to harness your Chronotype and body type to unleash energy that lasts throughout the day without interfering with sleep. When is the best time of the day to workout? When is the best time of the day to eat? All of these questions and more are explained in an easy to read format. I'd highly recommend this book!

The purpose of this book is to determine your Chronotype + Metabolic Speed, which equals your Power Profile. You’re then provided a Power Protocol based off of your Power Profile.

After taking the quizzes in the book, my Power Profile was categorized as a “Fast Bear.” However, due to the fact that not many people are Fast Bears, the book did not even offer a step-by-step Power Protocol for my type, which was the entire point of this book, rendering it completely useless. So if you fall into a minority group, you will be completely ignored and there will not be any advice for you.

Returning to get my money back.
