The scale is sleek and light, much more so than I expected. It's basically a square of glass with rounded corners, four round metal pieces, and a bit of plastic hidden underneath where the electronics are housed, connected to the feet. It's not deep, so it's easy to hide beneath furniture or in a cabinet when not in use.
The device weighs and syncs quickly. I don't have access to accurate, calibrated readings for weight and body fat, so it's tough to say exactly how accurate the device is, but it didn't surprise me with anything out of left field, and it appears reliable, consistent, and responsive to variations in data (it shows less water weight after a workout or a pee, for example, and less body fat after a week of good eating, which makes sense). Eufy's app displays the data in simple under/healthy/over categories, though I'm not certain that Eufy's characterization for what's healthy or not is necessarily correct. It also shows trends in easy-to-read graphs.
All in all, I think it's a quality product for the price, and I'd buy it again. I would only note that the P1, which review sites say has newer, better sensors, sometimes drops to the same price as the C1, so you might wait and buy that model instead.

Paid for a new scale, and was shipped an obviously used device.*****Update 7/19/2020****Originally I gave the unit 1 star because the unit that I received was obviously used and no attempt was made to clean the device (I'm actually happy it wasn't with all that is going on) before it was shipped to me. I left the above review which was pretty short and straight to the point as I refused to even try to use the device.Eufy quickly contacted me and advised that since the scale ships from an Amazon warehouse they unfortunately had no control over the inventory, and checking the quality of returns. While understandable I advised this was not something the customer should have to deal with, and at the end of the day it's a product sold by them so they should be responsible. They agreed, and said they would ship another unit out to me and offered a slight discount which I was fine with accepting.On to the product. The scale works exactly as advertised. I came from a Fitbit Aria (version 1 I believe) which after the last update had issues connecting to my wifi, and generally was not powering on like it should. The WiFi issue swayed me towards a less connected unit which is what made me try the Eufy which still connects via Bluetooth if you want. I can say I've had no issues with the scale turning on, and overall it seems pretty accurate. I've seen a review or 2 that says it's not as accurate as some other scales, and to this I honestly can't give an opinion. What I can say though is that it is very consistent. I've weighed myself multiple times in a row to see if it changes up slightly and every time it has been the same. So you can at least know that it will calculate your weight the same way every time, and if it is off by half a pound or so compared to others it will be that same half pound off at no matter what your weight. If you need something that's completely accurate because you are in a competition and have to weigh a certain amount you should probably be looking at a more expensive scale from the jump.If you do decide to connect the scale to the Eufy app on your phone it gives you the many features above, and they all seem to be pretty consistent as well. As far as how helpful they are I couldn't say since the main thing I cared about what having my weight tracked. It does store several weigh-ins if you don't have your phone with you and the app open at the time you weigh yourself, so you can be confident that all of that will sync the next time you have the app open.As far as multiple users I haven't tried it yet as my wife doesn't really care to track her weight in an app, but I do think the only complaint I have is how Eufy handles that. You basically have to share the app with family members and I believe it will sync when they weigh themselves and sync with their phone. As I've stated I haven't actually tried it so take that anecdotally . I can say that it doesn't include her weight in my syncs, so I do have confidence that it works as stated.Overall I am very happy with the unit, and probably even more so with Eufy's customer service. I am pretty confident that if I have any issues and reach out to them they will be happy to help in a timely manner. I decided to take the plunge on this scale when my old nuyu scale crapped out. I have been working on losing weight and getting back into shape for the last 5 months, and recently hit a plateau and was excited that with this I could actually track body fat% and muscle mass.
I have used it twice so far and it has been super easy to use, I even made my husband get the app so we could see what his showed as well. I’m super excited to have access to broken down information instead of just seeing a weight Number, because I feel body composition is more important than the weight factor itself!
The app setup is super easy, and it automatically pairs to my phone when I open the app and step onto the scale, I have seen reviews of people having that issue before but I have had 0 issues so far.

I’m super excited to have access to broken down information instead of just seeing a weight Number, because I feel body composition is more important than the weight factor itself!

Accurate and easy to keep track of data
