I stumbled across this at Sam’s club and now I buy it whenever it is on sale anywhere. This stuff is absolutely amazing and I have the most sensitive skin. A little bit goes a long way and a container will last forever. I used to use the disposable face wipe’s because I was lazy and hated washing my face but this balm changed that. I rub it in nice and good and let it sit for a few minutes and then I take wash rag with hot water and wipe my face off. It feels clean and looks great. Highly recommend this and I have in fact switched a lot of my skincare products over to Elemis.

This cleanser balm is definitely by the best one I ever tried. I have tried it by accident when I was given a sample in some cosmetic shop and I was totally sold! It removes the make up really well, it's super smooth and leaves the skin really soft. I also use it every other day just to clean the face in the evening! I really recommend it! I am usually very money conscious but this is worth every single penny ! I have very sensitive skin and rosacea and this balm suitable my skin very well !

Had no issues with a previous order but I’m really disappointed with what I’ve received today. I understand the product might be solid but this is a bock rolling around in grease, also smells greasy & not like I’d expect from Elemis given the product description.
Suspicious that it is not a legitimate item or that there’s something wrong with it therefore not keen on using it.
Unable to return, exchange or even contact Amazon regarding this - feel like I’ve wasted £39 in good faith as I love Elemis products & previously ordered through Amazon. I would avoid this - not worth it & absolutely no way to return or exchange the item either.
