Bought this machine six months ago for my restaurant. We sell a decent amount of espresso but we don't do cappuccinos or anything like that, so I didn't go with the frothing model. The machine is very easy to use, my staff got the hang of it almost immediately.
This is my first experience using a bean-to-cup machine and I am really pleased with it, especially compared with the pre-ground capsule system we used prior. It bangs out a shot super fast, piping hot and with a nice head of crema every time.
The taste is great and the machine is still in very good shape. I was concerned that I might have overestimated it's ability to hold up to everyday commercial use (granted, we're not a coffee shop or anything, but it does get used up to 20 times day) but so far it hasn't given me a single issue, just tons of great coffee. I am considering buying one to use at home for myself as well.
I definitely recommend this machine. It looks super sleek, it's nice and quiet, and it works like a charm for surprisingly short money.

I FINALLY LOOK FORWARD TO MY MORNING COFFEE

I wasn't sure about this little espresso machine, but I had to do something about improving my morning coffee with K Cups. I debated between this and Bambino espresso machine with separate grinder, but after watching a lot of YouTube videos, finally decided that fully automatic would be a good transition from the K Cup. I am very happy with my decision. I am using Fiji water (expensive but essential), Cafe Lavazza Gran Crema beans, I set the grinder to the finest, grinding time to 5 seconds for espresso and my latte tastes chocolatey. It took about a week to get the hang of using the frother, but now I can make a nice cup of latte in a minute or two. It also looks very pretty on the counter. BTW, it doesn't show on the photos but it does come with a frother pitcher. Smart HQ app was easy to use, you can customize your coffee on the app. Temperature, grinding time, amount of water etc. I set to the hottest temperature but still warm up my cup with hot water in a microwave for 1 minute. Overall, it's a WINNER!
