I'm going to be blunt: I am so disappointed by these clippers. I am a professional dog groomer, and have been grooming for 8 years. Out of those 8 years, I've used the same pair of Oster Pro Volt series of clippers. I thought this would be an upgrade and decided to buy after a ton of research. I have owned them since February, and used them twice. They have been sitting in their box for months, being unused because I rather use my Volts. At least those are dependable and won't burn my client's dogs.
Pros: Cordless. Aesthetically appealing. Fast.
Cons: These clippers are heavy on the back end and awkward to hold, so it makes clipping for long periods of time difficult. The surface of the clipper is textured and they get dusty from nail shavings and dander. Blades become hot because of how fast they are.
To be honest, these are my biggest purchase regret, on amazon, ever. This is not a hyperbole. It HAUNTS me. A $260 regret.
