I expected a bit of difficulty based on reviews, but it was challenging to put it together. The instructions aren't helpful at all but we figured it out. I doubt anyone will need them but here are some brief directions:
1. Separate all of the pieces if they come hooked together.
2. Place the smaller, flat rectangular piece into the bottom.
3. Take the 3-sided rectangular piece and hook it onto the same-sized individual rectangle piece. Set that on top of the base.
4. Take the 3-sided rectangular piece with the roof-top and hook it onto the corresponding individual piece.
5. Hook the roof-top piece (from step 4) onto the other piece (from step 3), making sure the doors face the same way.
6. There should be two remaining pieces - the V-shaped roof piece and the double-L shape. Put the double-L piece on the right side of the cage, where it is lower.
7. Take the last V-shaped piece and hook it to the top.

I also had an issue with some of the pieces being hooked together when it arrived. Two pieces in the box are 3 sides folded on top of each other, and getting those unhooked from one another was a pain.

It's still new, but so far we love it. It's much more spacious than the previous cage for our two zebra finches and all of the doors are good for easy access. Only thing I would change is that the feeders can only be placed where the small doors are, but it'd be nice to be able to put them anywhere on the cage so the doors aren't blocked.

TLDR: Great cage after a bit of a struggle putting it together.

I'd highly recommend this bird cage for multiple small/medium birds. It was a bit of a pain to put together, but I could do it alone and the directions were easy to understand. It comfortably fits my 6 English Parakeets, which are larger than regular parakeets. The toys that were along were of decent quality and the perches easy to install. I also liked that it included four feed/water cups rather than just two. It has multiple small doors, so you can choose where you want to place the cups. Because it is high rather than long or wide, it doesn't take up a lot of space on a stand, which is just what I need.

After reading the reviews I thought it would be hard to put together but no instructions needed. It was very easy! My mistake was that it is not for hanging as it hangs crocked but I added an extra hook and wire to straighten it out 😃

It’s not the most well made cage out there, especially when it comes to the wires they use to construct it. My conure was able to open up the big doors just by using her beak to pull up the latches. I had to latch it on a little sideways so it could have more tension and make it too strong for her to pull. But other than that, the other features it has function well, like the slide out bottom for easy cleaning and the multiple doors on it, and it’s a decent price point for a beginner bird owner, until you’re ready to spend for the high end ones.
