    When the product arrived it included two straps. The black strap which I much prefer did not fit the watch. The metal connection on one of the straps was defective where it slots into the watch casing. So I emailed back to ask for a replacement. After 4 emails and a continuous stream of information to prove I had purchased online I then got told that I would have to send the strap back and pay for freight both ways i.e. to send back and for the freight of the replacement. I am about to send the whole watch back and get my credit card provider to reverse the charges as the product is defective. There are consumer laws in NZ to protect purchasers and I am really disappointed in the waste of my time trying to rectify a defective watch part.

    I am going to keep the watch but there are some things buyers should be aware of.
    1. The screens seem to be a little small. Hard to see for some of us old people.
    2 Swiping from screen to screen can be tough at times.
    My biggest issue with this watch is that you cannot see anything on the watch screen if you are wearing Polarized sun glasses. I have to either lift my glasses up or take them off to read the watch.
