Can’t get this thing to report any distance either in golf or scan mode.Customer service is sending a new one but incredibly disappointed to spend this money and it not work out of the box.I’ll update when the new one comes but that’ll be 3 rounds without something I paid 300 for. I might just return this whole thing and go with callaway.Update: just returning it. Not going to risk another frustrating week.

It does what it needs to do and it does it fairly well for the price. It won't fix your swing :-). 2 things i have to criticize: 1. The case should have 2 zipper sleds and the magnetic closure strap doesn't feel like it's strong enough to hold the device in securely. 2. The battery compartment lid seems very thin and i don't have a lot of confidence that it will not break over time. Other than that is good. Easy to use, quite accurate, super comfortable to hold due to it's light weight and small size. I recommend this to weekend golfers with a smaller budget.
