I initially had major issues pulling it apart to get the battery in, and to replace it when it runs out. You REALLY have to pull, like to the point I thought I would break it, but after a few minutes it just pops right out. Also, mine did not come with the little cleaning brush, so removing the hair is tricky (I use a tweezer or just blow it out, the hairs are super tiny so honestly I don’t mind just wiping them off my vanity), and has to be done at least for me around 2-3 times each time I use it, as it will stop working when it gets too full. There is a reservoir to hold hair under the blade (which comes off and on just as it should very easy) but mostly the hair builds up right under the blade so you have to empty it out a lot.
Despite all that, it’s so worth it. A few little circles over any area gets all the hair down to the skin. I’ve used this all over my face, including along my hairline because I get crazy sideburns, and it will remove ANY hair there no matter how long. I even used it under my belly button. This thing is such a lifesaver for anyone who hates painful hair removal or shaving. No, the hair does not grow back thicker, and it cannot hurt at all in my experience. It’s especially great bc I can use it for maybe 2 minutes every few days during my normal makeup routine and I’m good to go. My review is not paid so take my word for it, it’s worth the cheap price!! Not same quality as a few years ago
I bought a Flawless shaver three years ago and absolutely loved it. The original was much more solidly built, with a lot of metallic finishes. After 3 years it was wearing out and the motor seemed to be struggling, so I bought another to replace it. I was surprised to find that most of the finishes are plastic, it’s smaller and much lighter. It still seems like it will get the job done, but hard to say if this one will last three years.In the photos, the old model is on the left and the new one on the right.

I received my replacement and it works just fine. It works to shave fine and coarse hairs down. Best used in a circular motion. It does not fully remove any hair, so there is no pain involved like when you wax or pluck. The motor is not strong like a larger typically would have. Very quiet. Pics include a pen to show size comparison. Will fit nicely in a bag, purse, or pocket. Light works decent. I'd say overall it's a good little option for on the go to grab those pesky hairs, or in-between waxes to save on some cash. Handy choice for those of use with PCOS where hair can be a daily or twice daily ordeal to keep plucked. Note: As description says in the instructions, a little warmth on the device head is normal. My experience was it's perfectly fine.

I received the device. Package was relatively easy to open. Sized a little larger than a classic lipstick case. Feels a bit on the cheaper side, especially the on off button. Comes with a generic AA battery, a micro brush for cleaning, paper instructions that are easy to understand.
I placed the factory provided AA battery in and followed the steps to reassemble and turn on. It wouldn't turn on. I got two more working AA batteries from my home. Same thing, it didn't turn on.
I contacted customer service and they are replacing the item with a new one. Once the new one arrives, I'll update my review and give feedback on use.
