The 2nd time I used it, I used it on the low setting and it still gets the job done.

I'm trying to do my best and follow the directions like not wrapping the cord around itself, but it's so tempting. It also says to clean it and I've yet to do that.

It does what it's supposed to do, dries hair fast as it detangles and smooths, but in comparison to my other dryer that I've had for over 7 years, these last less than 2 years. So, I'll go back to my ole skool gold & hot dryer when this last one dies.
