    The charger works great with my iPhone 12 Pro with OtterBox Case still on. It charges my watch and AirPods really well. When I first received the charger I found that I had to press firmly to get the charger to recognize that the phone was on the charger. I then realized that the adapter plugging into the charger was not pushed all the way into the charger. Once I pushed into the charger firmly I no longer had to firmly press the phone to the charger now I just simply lay the phone on the charger.
