I absolutely LOVE this machine, especially the Proofing cycle. It allows for a quick - and I mean quick - rise. Even when using frozen roll balls! Yes, I used Rhodes frozen roll balls (you can find them at Walmart and other stores). What usually take 4 hours of rising at room temp was fully risen after 1 hour and 45 mins from the frozen state. Cook time in a standard oven is 16 minutes at 350; but in the air fryer? 8 minutes at 330 degrees. And the results? These are some of the softest, fluffiest rolls I've ever enjoyed (other than my own homemade rolls). I can't wait to try the Proofing cycle when making my homemade dough. Kudos to Cosori!

I did purchase silicon pads to lay inside the pan to help food from sticking to the grate, I think this will prolong the life of the basket. I owned two air fryers prior to buying this unit. One was too small, the other was much too large and neither produced consistently good food, in spite of their positive ratings and cost. Before purchasing this unit I read every review written by owners. The first Cosori I bought worked so perfectly I bought one for 3 other people. I have repeatedly received favorable comments about the unit from each of these individuals. They love their units as much as I do. I like them to the degree that I bought a second one as a backup just in case something happened to my unit and it was no longer available, and, in the event I feed a large group of people. Redundant? Yes. Nice to have? Yep! OK... Why was I dumb or smart enough to buy two units for myself? Because they work flawlessly! Everything is cooked to perfection. Once you determine the proper times and temperatures for what you cook, items such as grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken wings, French fries, baked potatoes, fish and steak are perfectly cooked! No need to use any grease, the non stick interior is very easy to clean, the unit is quiet and the alarm to tell you when the cooking is done is loud enough to be heard without being annoying. I also like the fact the controls are easy to understand, intuitive and on top of the machine rather than on the front. Locating the controls on the top of the machine make it much easier for a tall person to use the machine without having to bend over to see the controls on the front. If was able to give a higher rating than five stars I would do it in a heartbeat. You need to look no longer for a great air fryer; buy this unit...you won't be sorry!

I had an older model from the same brand (the one they had a recall on for fires, never had an issue with mine). For basically the same external dimensions this one holds way more (at least flat - might be a little less vertically but for what I cook is irrelevant), is dishwasher safe for the parts you hold the food in (and just generally easier to clean), much higher build quality and way easier to use. The beeps/chimes are more pleasant and the separate buttons for temp and time make it much quicker and easier to quickly change. It is also much much much quieter which I love. Literally feels like they took the old one and told their engineers “okay this general idea but if Apple made it”. I came in with low expectations as I just wanted a replacement (my old one worked but smelled and was getting harder to keep clean - related things I’m sure) and am blown away at how much better this is than what I expected.

Those are minor issues and the difference between 4 and 5 stars as far as design goes, still a great device and worth the purchase.

We have not had our airfryer too long but so far we have been very pleased with it. It's easy to operate and cooks great! It has multi cooking settings. We've cooked frozen tater tots, came out nice and crispy without even spraying any oil on the tater tots. Reheated pizza and breadsticks, had same texture and temp as it did freshly baked. Roasted frozen veggies, again turned out just right! We had a different brand of airfryer prior to this one but out of the two, this Cosori is definitely my favorite! The overall size is perfect, not too big or small. The tray size is also perfect for cooking for two (maybe three) people. It has a nice exterior look to it, I don't mind it sitting out on the counter.

I purchased the Cosori turbo blaze 6 quart and I absolutely love it! I use it almost every day. User-friendly I had an issue with the sticker they provided (it’s a sticker you place on top with quick instruction info ) Right now on the one side it wasn’t sticking so I contacted them through their website. Unfortunately they were unable to send me a new sticker so instead they offered to send me $20 through PayPal which I don’t have. So then they offered me a kitchen scale. Wow amazing Customer Service! You don’t find that very often these days they were also quick to respond. Just a note I went through their actual website not Amazon For the sticker issue

Only had it for a couple of days but i cannot recommend this enough. Crispy fries, crispy wings, crispy bacon and 200% better than a microwave at re-heating or just heating up sandwiches and hotdogs and whatnot (microwave makes stuff hot and soggy, air fryer makes them slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and HOT). It can fit a small pizza so i tried it with a cheap pre-made pizza from the store and it turned out perfect, very similar to an oven but crispier crust. overall 10/10, cleanup is easy too

Appareil très simple d'utilisation. Très pratique quand on est pressé et qu'on n'a pas envie de faire pré-chauffer le four traditionnel. Déjà testé les frites, muffins, cookies, beignets de calamars, crevettes panées. Essais validés ! Le temps de cuisson est plus rapide qu'au four classique. Encore pas mal de recettes à tester

Il ne prend finalement pas trop de place et est plutôt élégant sur un coin du plan de travail.

Niveau sonore, je m'attendais à ce que ce soit plus bruyant mais non. Il est discret (Mon four traditionnel fait beaucoup plus de bruit...)

Convient pour une famille de 4 personnes mais il ne faudra cependant pas s'attendre à de grosses quantités. Si on charge trop, la cuisson ne sera pas uniforme.

Die Turbo Blaze ist schön schnell, leiser als die Ninja Af180 (um die 2-4 db) und ist leicht zu bedienen. Es ist sehr einfach, tolle Ergebnisse zu produzieren. Ein Schnitzel, oder Pommes vom Vortag: in Minuten wieder knusprig! HotdogWürstchen: in Minuten knusprig. Ergebnis besser als im Ofen- hier kommen meine Sachen zwar fertig, aber auch irgendwie ledrig raus. Hat sie einen Mehrwert in Vergleich zum Ofen? Definitiv! Durch Geschwindigkeit und Einfachheit. Wer wirft schon 1 Würstchen oder eine Scheibe Brot in den Ofen oder auf die Pfanne? Mit der Cosori kann man das machen, da es eine Minutensache ist. Da sie wenig Platz braucht, ist sie auch ideal für den Balkon. Mal eben ohne Dreck und Rauch was brutzeln-toll.
Als Resteveredler sehr genial. Das Display reagiert schnell und kann man von verschiedenen Winkeln sehr gut ablesen. Die Abluft schießt nicht wie beim Ninja einfach gerade nach hinten, sondern wird nach oben und zur Seite verwirbelt. Gut, falls man hinten nicht viel Platz oder eine empfindliche Wand hat.

Ich hatte allerdings auch starke Geruchsprobleme bei meinem 1. Gerät. Selbst nach fast 8 Stunden "ausbrennen" roch es immer noch zu stark nach Plastik in der Wohnung. Hier scheint Cosori in der Produktion wohl ein Problem zu haben, wenn man die vielen Meinungen zum langanhaltenden Geruch liest. Eine Anfrage per Mail am Freitagmittag an Cosori wurde fast umgehend beantwortet und es wurde sich sehr schnell und sehr freundlich um ein Austauschgerät gekümmert. Wollte ich nach der Erfahrung mit dem Geruch eine andere Marke? Irgendwie nicht, denn die Turbo hatte zuvor einfach zuviel Spaß gemacht! So.simple. Das 2. Gerät hat anfangs ebenfalls gestunken (wie die Ninja übrigens auch), aber nach 1 Stunde war der Plastikgeruch zum Glück weg. Ich habe gute Erfahrung mit dieser Lösung gemacht:
Glas Wasser, Saft halber Zitrone, paar Nelken und eine kleine Zimtstange in den Korb. Und dann maximale Hitze für einige Zeit. Ich habe das mit Austausch der Zutaten öfter bis zu 1,5 Stunden gemacht. Aber auch nur so lange wegen den Erfahrungen mit dem 1. Gerät. Nötig wäre es nicht gewesen. Es riecht herrlich nach Zimt und Nelke und ist zukünftig eine gute Idee, die Wohnung schön einzuduften :)
Dann mit Spüli und Lappen ausgewaschen. Das 2. Gerät ist super und macht Spass.

Wünschenswert wäre ein Angebot an Ersatzteilen für die Turbo bei Amazon oder bei Cosori. So kann man zur Zeit weder Spritzschutz, Crispplatte noch Ersatzkorb bestellen. Wie ich in Foren gelesen habe, soll der Cosori Service auch hier sehr hilfsbereit sein. Aber es ist nicht jedermannssache, sich an den Support zu wenden- es geht nämlich nur per Mail. Es würde einfach auch mehr Sicherheit geben, wenn irgendwo stehen würde, das man sich für Ersatz jederzeit an xxx wenden könnte. Ich kann die Turbo und den Kundenservice von Cosori sehr empfehlen!
