I love the Fitbit Luxe. I had a Fitbit versa 2, but I didn't use a lot of the extra fearures.....and it was SO big. I have very petite wrists and it just always felt big and clunky on me. It was also a great product, just too big for my preference. I switched it out for the Luxe and I LOVE it. Some reviews stated that it wasn't accurate. I also found the same to be true with the step count. Once I went into the app and changed the watch placement to my dominant hand (which I also had to do with the Versa 2) it seems much more accurate. Battery life seems to be great, lasting about a full week. I love the way this one looks on, and I'm so happy i switched. I attached a photo with both watches side by side on wrist to compare the size difference.

Thus far, I am extremely pleased with my new Fitbit Luxe. Mine is the beautiful soft gold with the lunar white band. I researched so many smart watches/trackers that I became terribly confused. My husband and I even bought 2 lower-priced watches. My husband kept his, but it wasn't the right one for me. I decided to go with the Fitbit Luxe because it had all that I needed, the size was perfect and it looked more like a lovely piece of jewelry as opposed to a clunky tracker. It was very easy to pair and much of it was already set up. The only things left to do were to input personal information and make any desired changes where necessary. The face is much smaller, but the variety of faces and the fact that the colors and print are so vivid make everything easy to see. However, some folks may have an issue with the smaller screen and should take that into consideration before purchasing the Luxe. I'm very pleased with the accuracy of the Luxe. And, as I said, everything seems to be working fine. I like the the emphasis placed on mind, as well as body and fitness. The 6-month Fitbit Premium is great, but I have to weigh the premium cost once it expires because it is a bit high.

My previous smart watch was a Versa 2. I really liked it, but it ceased working after the warranty expired. I've had a couple other Fitbits and keep coming back to them. I'm hoping that the lifespan of the Luxe is better than the Versa 2.

I've been wanting a fitbit for a while and I wanted one that wasn't huge. This one is nice and slim and it's easy to clean. I've been using it for about a month and I love all the features. It's great that I can see my heartrate and that it will buzz when I've been sitting for too long. The app is fantastic too. The fitbit syncs up to it very quickly and I'm able to see all my zone minutes, sleeping patterns, and track my food and water. I really love that it shows oxygen levels and temp too during the night. This fitbit has started to change my life for the better. I move more, I keep track of my health habits more, and it reminds me to get better sleep. I'm definitely seeing a change.

It stopped working but after calling customer service they were able to walk me through the problem so I am happy new I don't have to buy a new watch but had started showing incorrect time and wouldn't let me update the device. Their customer-service walked me through it and all was good! I have had two and both stopped working correctly after about a year. If you get this make sure you buy the warranty as the first watch would not wake up and so they sent me a refund. The sleep tracker is ok but not perfectly accurate. The steps tracker seems mostly accurate.

UPDATE: After a month of this thing not working, I contacted FitBit, and they sent me a return authorization. It has been 19 days now, and they say it is "still in transit." They won't send a replacement until the receive the device. I have owned it for 3 months, and only used it for about 6 weeks. WORSE PRODUCT EVER. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Several years ago, I had a FitBit charge that broke, and they sent me a new one within 10 days. This is horrible and I will NEVER purchase another FB product again. PLEASE read the negative reviews about this device on their website before you make the same mistake I did.

I received my Fitbit Luxe a couple of weeks ago and I am so frustrated with it. I have had FBs in the past, but wanted the sleeker version, with a pretty band. I don't need the watch, as I prefer to wear my own. I don't want notifications on my arm, because I have a phone and nothing is THAT important (to me). I didn't want a bulky watch. I just want a darn fitness tracker.

This morning, without even trying, I got it stuck on the stupid timer, and I did not even WANT to use the timer. I finally had to just leave it alone for several minutes before it switched back to the watch face on its own. I don't even WANT a timer, but you can't turn that off. I am so disappointed with this.

95% of the time, I have to bang on the **ahem** thing 8-10 times to get the display to appear...and often, as soon as the display appears, it vanishes again. Swiping sideways is almost impossible (maybe works 3 out of 10 times).

Phone app counts my calories 2-4 times per meal when linked with MyFitnessPal (To be fair, apparently, this has been a problem with FitBit linking to MFP since as early as 2016--when I found the earliest complaint about it. You'd think they would resolve that by now. I suspect it has to do with the number of times that I log or edit a meal or add water on MFP). And, it never transfers my calories burned to MFP--no matter how many times I have disconnected and reconnected it. (I did NOT have this problem with my old FB Charge).

I don't so much care about the watch face options, although they are very limited, and difficult to read. I don't want/need a watch face. I just want a fitness tracker. I've had it for more than 2 weeks now, and only remove it to bathe or shower. This morning, the SPO2 indicator says that I have had no readings for 24 hours and my SPO2 levels were 2%--most of the time they are 94%-96%, which seems accurate for someone who walks 90 minutes a day at a brisk pace. By that reading (2%), I should be dead.

If I could give Luxe MINUS stars, it would be at MINUS 5 right now. It looks nice, but functions poorly. Before "Support" reaches out and asks, yes, I fully charged it, and ran it through all the updates before wearing. I wish FB would send out an update to fix all the problems. The current update is Jan 2022.

Unfortunately for me, because of my past experience with FB, I threw out all the packing materials, so I can't send it back. I am so disappointed in this product. I really wanted a sleek looking fitness tracker that I could depend on. I got sleek. The rest is garbage.

I had to replace my Fitbit Charge2 after six years. It still worked as my daily achievements were on my app but the watch screen went blank! After lots of reviews being read I settled on this little beauty. To my surprise it picked up where the old one left off and is so easy to use with a few handy extra features. I'm an elderly lady and my Fitbit life has become the core of keeping mobile. At the same time I had to renew my phone so I'm all rolling to keep track of my health. I don't go to the gym, I use Mother Natures Gym - walk lots and take in fresh air and nature, so I didn't need a high end Fitbit and Fitbit membership. This one fits my needs! It's so neat and light that I don't know I have it on my wrist. Chuffed to bits I am, with my Christmas present to me! If it does the time my last one did I'll be more than happy. I recommend the Luxe!

I bought it for female, but it could go for males too with the right combination of wrist bands.
