It's a beautiful console! Looks just like a pictures. I was a little concerned when I first turned it on and I got a CE-34335-8 error. I had to google it to fix it but it was a simple fix of sliding the hard drive back into place. Transferring my data from my old PS4 was a piece of cake. Sorry I forgot to get a picture of the remote, but looks just as pictured also

I bought this from Gamestop about a year ago and I sorta regret it. Half the time I have had it I have issues connecting to the internet wirelessly. My boyfriend has no problem and none of our other devices have a problem. I would just connect this by cord but in our home it's very difficult to do so I regret not returning this a long time ago.
I will say it's a gorgeous system but functionally it's terrible.
