Pressure Sensitivity is amazing (4096 vs 2048 levels and very nice curve, apart from numbers), compared to the standard pen (at least mine). Pen needs a lot of pressure to deliver full stroke, but that can be adjusted in some apps.
Button is very good and very usable now. Rubberish finish and rounded wide rectangle, make for a very comfortable grip.
5 Replacement nibs and nib extractor were included. Nib is very thin and precise, has rubberish contact friction (does not slip when drawing, quite similar to rubber nibs for standard pen) and pointer offseting seems ok.
Pen has perfect dimensions to hold just right but being small as well. It has the same thickness (button side) with Note 4 (other side is thinner) and it is about half inch shorter. So you can actually carry it with your phone, by either making a case or loop for it or in your pocket. I made a small dent on the left of the camera and just slide the pen's clip in and carry it with me. Not ideal but was a fun hack.
Just keep in mind that you should pull out original spen from its storage (or till removal vibration occurs) in order to use the external TabS3 pen.
Update June 25, 2019: Since writing this review, I have tried a number of other EMR pens. I have included some pictures of them, including this Tab S3 S Pen. One of the first other EMR pens I purchased was the Tab S4 S Pen. I found it to feel a little nicer than the Tab S3 S Pen, and feels a lot like a multi-colored BIC pen. If you sweat a lot, the material of the Tab S4 S Pen will get slippery, though, and while the button (which I don't use) isn't quite as easily accidentally pressed on the Tab S4 S Pen as on the Tab S3 S Pen, it is still pretty easy to accidentally press it. My two favorite EMR pens are the Noris Digital and Dell EMR Pen (also manufactured by ASUS and Acer). Both have an accurate pencil shape (I generally prefer writing with the regular BIC capped pen, and so far no EMR pen has accurately recreated that shape), and I prefer the pencil shape over the other current EMR pen shapes. They also both lack a button for me to accidentally press, which I like, and they are also both very light despite being large enough that your hand does not cramp (as it does with the twig included stock with many Samsung devices). I slightly prefer the Dell EMR pen because it is a bit lighter, shorter (more the size of your average pencil that has been sharpened a few times, whereas the Noris Digital is the size of a freshly sharpened pencil), and I also prefer the plastic material, which is a softer feeling plastic and feels both more comfortable and more durable than the WOPEX of the Noris Digital. The Dell EMR Pen, unlike the Noris Digital, also includes a tail eraser, which I do not use much since I have gotten used to just scribbling out mistakes in my digital notes but sometimes I will use it as an alternative pen tip when I do not need the accuracy of the S Pen tip. One EMR pen which I recommend avoiding is the HP EMR pen, because it is made of a harder plastic which, along with its thicker diameter, makes it quite uncomfortable to hold. Note that, while both the HP and Dell EMR pens come with larger-tipped nibs that do not have as much drag against glass as Samsung's newer, smaller-tipped nibs, both the HP and Dell EMR pens' nibs can be removed and Samsung's newer nibs are compatible with both of them and can be used in place of their stock nibs. The only pen in the pictures that the newer Samsung nibs is not compatible with is the pen with the white tip, which is Samsung's older full-sized S Pen for their Note tablets. While the newer nibs (including the stock nibs in the HP and Dell EMR pens) have a very thin cylinder that you insert into the pen, with different sized tips on the end which protrude from the pen and are not the same radius as the rest of the nib, the older Samsung Note S Pen has a uniform, larger radius cylinder for the whole nib, and the protruding tip is the same radius as the rest of the nib.

So, I decided to give this a try! It works like a charm and is sturdy. Obviously, it doesn't fit inside my phone, but it does have a clip to secure it to my scrub shirt for work. When not at work, it's big enough to be found easily in my purse.
As a general rule, I think most electronics are overpriced. This is no exception. However, in comparison to the Note stylus, it's a much better bang for the buck.
1. It works with my Galaxy Note 4 (smartphone) and Galaxy Tab A 10.1" with S pen (tablet), but with the tablet, I must remove the included S pen before the Tab S3's stylus will work. Unlike the Note 4, the Tab S3's stylus will work even with the Note 4's S pen is still inside the phone. This will not work with a Tab A 10.1" without S pen.
2. It's natural and comfortable to write with unlike the Tab A 10.1's S pen. It feels like your holding a real pen with the same thickness except it has a fine point tip.
3. Extra tips are included as usual like any device that comes with a S pen stylus.
Cons:
1. No cap to protect the tip.
2. No eraser.
3. Could get lost.
Other thoughts:
The price may or may not be a con. When I write notes on Note 4, the included S pen is sufficient. It doesn't feel like it bothers me. When I try to sit down to take notes on my Tablet A 10.1" with S pen, it's a different experience. I notice that the S pen is very uncomfortable after just a few minutes of writing because it doesn't have the same thickness of a real pen. Holding it in my finger is unnatural. Writing with it was like trying to write neat and small with a crayon. The words took up too much space in each line even with the lowest ink thickness. Now, I have a thicker version of the S pen with the Tab S3's S pen. It feels normal. I can write for long periods. It became my mechanical-pencil-gen-pen. It has a fine tip and writes very smoothly on the glass display on my tablet and phone without any screen protectors. This is a must have, but the price seems to fluctuate on different sites.
