Firstly I ordered this using prime delivery and it was supposed to arrive on Friday 12 April 2019 but ended up coming on Monday 15 April 2019, so a BIG fail on the so called best logistics and transportation management system m.

Worst product for international customers. Firstly it does not have Alexa or voice recognition so I am not sure why the app is asking me for a rating on it.

Now, in terms of the device it is slow and clunky. I had the most horrendous experience as it kept changing my location to India in spite of the fact that I was based in New Zealand. This issue I could only get resolved by the help of customer service whom you cannot call / ask for a call as that functionality is limited to States, Canada, Guam and Virgin Islands. So you have to chat with the representatives and they have a habit of not responding for 2 minutes so that your query gets handed over to someone else. Getting back to the issue, so I had to repurchase prime membership and had to reset and restart my device at least 20 times, and it’s just my second day using it. My advice save the pain if you’re in NZ buy the chromecast it’s $40 cheaper and way more efficient than this junk.

I really like the fire tv stick. It is easy to navigate and use. However, it gets hot really quickly which then slows down the stream or ends it completely. If the heating issue can be fixed, this would certainly get a 5 star rating.
