I got more of what I expected. This watch has all the necessities for the daily life. Starting with how it fits in your wrist, since is not heavy and it's comfortable, you can even sleep with with and it will not bother you. There are tons of function, apart from telling time, there are me favorites the sports screen, "running, cycling, swimming and more" I can activate the swimming function and even bathe with it 😂. There are also blood pressure, ECG and heart bpm monitor. As well as a screen for the weather, the chances of rain and UV levels in a screen. You can also add a tons of widgets from calendar, reminders, alarms, app shortcut, music, samsung health for steps, calories,exercise, sleep, stress ( in this screen it gives you little exercises to calm yourself), period tracker and water intake (like how many water onz in a day). It's also really smart. When you haven't move in a while, it gives you a reminder like "you haven't move in a while, stand up and stretch" and it even gives you exercises stretches you could do. You can also get your phone notification on the clock when you connected to your phone. Also my second favorite function is when you are listening to music, for example YouTube music, it will appear a music icon at the bottom screen of the clock and you can change the songs, see the queue song list, etc. Or when you are watching Netflix , the same icon will appear and you can put pause, play, next ep, etc, all from the clock. I'm really satisfied with this purchase. This clock has more functions I didn't have space to talk about, but it's truly amazing.

Not to much to say - if your looking at this watch you probably read a little it; and I believe it to be well worth the price. It performs as expected (a little different going from Wear OS to Tizen, but very simple to use). If your used t Wear OS (as I have 6 Wear watches) I believe you'll find Tizen appears as simple if not simpler and a bit more stable... The seller shipped it promptly and I received it as per the estimate...

On a side: one of the features I was looking forward to was the EKG (heart monitor) but Samsung has yet to keep their promise and activate the firmware to enable it (as of June 2020)

This is a Great watch with very nice battery life while keeping up with the monitoring my heart beats and being available for a ECG check. So versatile with many faces available. Able to monitor and track walks easily and water resistant to be an even better plus. Charging is easy with the wireless charger that is included and will even charge from my S10. It works flawlessly with my S10. I have tried other smart watches and they work fine for the first few days then synchronizing becomes a major problem. This Galaxy Active 2 works seamlessly and flawlessly with my Galaxy S10, like they are made for each other. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Pros:
- Better native app support (Spotify etc).
- Faster OS
- Better sleep analysis
- Better notifications

- Abysmal battery life in comparison...even when at the dimmest setting. I can get about 1.25 days with about 90 minutes of working out (compared to the Versa 2 which could go for FOUR days!)
- Heartrate monitoring needs help when performing cardio. I've noticed serious discrepancies when using an elliptical machine.
- Wonkiness with the iOS app for managing Watch features

And malfunctions less than other brands. Stick with Samsung even if you don't have a Samsung phone. The BT version was just as good as the LTE version which is what I treaded this one in for. Only because I liked the idea of being able to leave my phone at home if I'm out for a walk and don't want distractions or at an event or family occasion and don't want my phone distracting me. You can't do that with the BT version. You have to have your phone close by at all times. Other wise for the price difference & if the LTE doesn't matter to you this version will be perfect for you.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a great smartwatch. It is incredibly comfortable for daily living, during workouts and even during sleeping. I was first a little sceptical but I am now sold. It has a fairly good running coach that can automatically detect and track a workout and has Bixby integrated with voice feedback for encouragement.

The battery life is good, I find it lasts between 24-36 hours depending on the activites or your set up but I usually just give it a quick charge whilst I shower etc. It is water resistant and I have used it in the pool during lap swimming several times, I just dont like to have soap on it if I can avoid it. If you have a Galaxy phone like the S20 Plus or Note 20 Ultra that offers wireless power sharing, you can charge the watch from the back of your phone (although it is slow).

It also has continuous heart rate monitoring and I especially appreciate it seems to be fairly accurate for a smartwatch. All the data is accumulated in the Samsung Health App which I find to be easy to use and navigate.

The color AMOLED screen is bright and easy to see in direct sun, as long as you have the brightness on its maximum.

I really like the wide variety of watch faces available in the Galaxy Wearable app and you can download more from the Galaxy Store. But being able to snap a photo of your outfit and match your watch face to the colors of your shirt using the My Style feature is probably my favorite way to customize the look of the Active 2.

Otherwise, it is a great smartwatch. I dont fully utilise all the features and apps, but it has such a wide variety of functions to suit your style or needs. I recommend this this to anyone who is looking for an Apple Watch alternative.

Batteries is superb. The battery management app does a good job of keeping tabs on memory and battery use.
Phone Sync - paired to my Samsung phone, it's a pretty good partner, with email management works well, music control links to my YouTube music playlists no drama, contacts list messaging (voice controlled) all easy to set up.
Really happy with the screen resolution.
As a watch this is pretty versatile, along side the standard selection of faces, once I connected to the Samsung shop there were several styles (many of which are free) so now I can flip from a sports watch to a dress watch with ease.
The watch has a smooth feel and is super comfortable. It's a teeny 51g so easy to forget. That's nearly half the weight of my normal watch!!

Mine arrived with a non-English manual.
Battery was completely dead, a nervous hour was spent waiting for the phone to come alive. There is no charge light on the charger so it was a bit of a concern.
When the watch did boot up it wasn't in English this can't be easily changed from the watch (in my experience). In the end this was easily solved by installing the phone App pairing with the Watch. It then sorts this out.
