My review may be long but i promise if you read it you'll be well informed. For the reviews that say the tabs that hold the plastic together are weak, stop lying. You didn't follow the directions or use the handy hook tool they included. I take my tablet case off and on every week to clean out dust/dirt and haven't even come close to breaking a tab. Very similar design to an otterbox but just different enough to throw you for a loop at first. Once you get it though, it's extremely easy to get on and off. I recommend something like a flathead screwdriver if you take it off frequently; makes getting the tabs a little easier. Tempered screen protector that I purchased separately works with it nicely, seems like they anticipated a screen protector and purposely left space for it which is nice. Case is solid and I say this because I was on Facebook and carrying my son and he slapped my tablet out of my hand right onto the sidewalk. Picked it up thinking the worst but was happy to see my tablet completely unscathed. Hand strap is fantastic for small(not super small) to large hands. Fits my slightly larger than average hands perfectly with room for more adjustment. Shoulder strap is perfect as well, does exactly what it needs to. I'm positive I won't accidentally lose my s pen, it's tucked in there pretty good. Good dust cover over charging port and ample space left to plug in cords/accessories. My speakers sound the same in or out of the case so that's good. Only gripes I have with this case is that second hole on the front on top (in vertical position with charger port being on bottom); I have no idea why that's there. No camera or sensor that i know of. Also the kickstand unlocks from outward position with a button that takes a fair bit of force to push down making it hard to close up the kickstand.

The case is quite impressive as how it overlays over the tablet. Make sure you pay close attention to how to set it up.

You essentially have 2 cases, you have the framework case where you put the tablet in first and then you have the rubber silicon that interfaces with that plastic skeleton to lock the tablet into place. There are cut outs and flaps for the various cables. I'll include pictures so you can see.

I've already set this up so I don't have before and after pics as well as the break apart of the plastic skeleton that overlays your tablet and then the rubber silicon that covers that.

You can also see in one of my pictures that the S Pen is nestled into the socket they have and it is very sturdy, the pen has not come loose from its holder in the back.

I very much love this case and it is completely covering my tablet. Please note I also purchased tempered glass to put on the tablet. This case works with it and there are not complications. I tried to research ahead of time to make sure tempered glass protection can be added without affecting the case. This case does not include the tempered glass. I just got the 7+ and wanted something with a Kickstand and was sturdy. I had this case about a month now and daily use. It works pretty good it does add a little weight to the tablet, but it's not too bad. It does not not come with a screen protector but I put a tempered glass one on. I highly recommend get one due how big the screen is. The case works well with it.

The kickstand is very strong and it will sit up on a bed or table with no problem. The back hand strap is very handy and I hold it with one hand no problems, I have big hands. The spen storage is pretty secure and won't fall out easily.

The minor complaints I have was the directions wasn't that great on how to put the tablet in the case. I found a video which helped a lot. Also I recommend put a SD card in before installing the tablet, it not something you want to take a part a lot. The tab7+ is great going to review that too.

Best tablet case I've seen yet, but can still be improved

This is a case for my SM-T970. Nearly perfect, but the velcro strap for the hand should be at least 1" longer. I'm a pretty big guy with big hands and my hand barely fits in the Velcro hand strap. If I was 6'6" and weighed 325 pounds, my hands would probably be too big to allow the Velcro strap to connect.

The other thing was the lack of instructions on how to take the case apart, insert the bare tablet and reassemble. I was afraid I was going to break the case when I started popping the 8 locking tabs since I wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do.

That being said, I've never seen a better case once it was fully reassembled correctly.
Love how the 4 speaker ports are fully open, so there's no muting of sound, the waterproof tab covering the USB-C port is a nice touch and I'd swear the buttons work better in the case than without one.

Worth every $.

This case is extremely sturdy, it snaps together very firmly. It goes over my screen protector with no issues. I have no doubt it will protect my tablet. Also the stand is awesome. It opens easily unlike others I've tried, no buttons to push. It closes easily too and slides securely back in place practically on it's own, like there's a spring in place. Very impressed with this case. Better than any I've tried.

Needs better instructions and a front screen protector

Overall the case fits the tablet but I wish there were better instructions that came with the item and also if it also had a front screen protector.

If the tablet case had some padding on. The corners or some sort of rubber then I would not worry about scratching it when having to remove the case.

The neckstrap is more a nice to have but I doesn't see the value if you are taking this tablet out into the outdoors, a front screen protector is going to help you more than a neckstrap.
