I am so incredibly disappointed. I was eagerly awaiting this launcher because I have thrown my shoulder out and desperately needed an alternative for my very active pup. I haven’t had this thing even 24 hours, but it is now back in the box so I can send it back.
Pros:
- My dog will actually use it after training
- The funnel design/angle helps prevent my dog from being hit by a ball
Cons:
- Doesn’t shoot far at all
- Slobbery balls are even worse
- My dog gets bored after a few minutes
- Motors constantly run when you turn it on
- The funnel design/angle sometimes traps the ball in the corners, preventing launch.
- Pretty loud
- I have to go back out and turn it off
