I tested all the Spigen cases, this is what I learned...

I purchased every Spigen case they make for the Pixel 4. This is what I realized:

The Spigen Tough Armor case is the thickest, most heavy duty case. It comes with a kickstand built in it to prop it up to watch movies. The case makes the phone a bit "bulky" as it is a thick case. To me, the deal breaker here was that the side screen lock button is VERY hard to push due to the case design. I am by no means a weak guy either, I do manual labor and work with my hands. I highly doubt any women or children would like this case simply due to how hard the power/screen lock button is to press.

Now that said, if you want a case very similar in durability to this case, get the Spigen Neo Hybrid. It is almost exactly like this case in that it has multiple layers of protection (rubber on inside, and harder polymer plastic on outside) but the buttons on the Neo Hybrid case are MUCH better!

Now if you don't need super heavy duty protection, and prefer a case that doesn't have much bulk, then get the Spigen Rugged Armor case. It is very durable thick rubber, but without the additional plastic that adds bulk to the other cases listed above. I only drop my phone maybe once or twice a year, so I personally decided to keep the Rugged Armor.

There are a couple other versions of Spigen cases that I also ordered, but they are junk. I would choose either the Spigen Neo Hybrid for maximum protection, or the Spigen Rugged Armor for good protection with minimal bulk added.

The metal or plastic part that goes around the case broke and eventually I caved and bought a new one of the same case. But that's the whole point I want the case to absorb the impact and not my phone! This case has texture to it so it's not slippery, and the buttons are big on the side so they are easy to push. This case is a bit bigger than expected, and feels beefier after having a "Rugged Armor" version on a previous phone. That isn't necessarily a pro or a con, just know that this is a hefty case. The quality and protection seem very good, and the rubber on the back has a great feel. No part of it picks up fingerprints. The sides are a smooth plastic, which some may find slippery, but it seems sufficiently grippy to me. I imagine it will get more friction as it scuffs a bit with use.
