I love this book!! It was given to me as a gift along with my instant pot. The recipes are easy and tasty every time!!
In many of the recipes it is good to do all the prep first as the steps go too fast to prep in between steps.
I have given this book as gifts many times since I received it myself. It’s a keeper!!

I love this cookbook! I have made the Vegetable Biryani (a solid A), Chickpea Greek Salad (A-), Mushroom Stroganoff (B+), Broccoli Cheddar Soup (B-), and Mixed-Vegetable Dal (A-), and there are lots more that I'm looking forward to trying out. As another reviewer mentioned, the book could have been better edited, but the recipes are solid and represent a wide variety of different cuisines. Many are vegan, and a lot of others could easily be made vegan. Difficulty varies, but they are generally easy and quick. This is now my go-to cookbook for the Instant Pot.

I would have rated this as a five star if there were photos of all the dishes. Only a few recipes had photos, even though the cookbook is put forward as having pictures. Not many — about 15 for around 85 recipes. The book is authorized by Instant Pot and does have good info on how to use the pot.
Not a total loss, as I’ve dog-eared pages with good sounding recipes.

Picked this book up for my sister-in-law who recently switched over to being a vegetarian and I wanted her to still utilize the instant pot we got them last year.

The book is full of a lot of great recipes and worth adding to your collection.

Got this book mainly for determining how long to cook recipes with dried beans. Disappointed that most recipes with beans call for canned beans. What's the point of having a pressure cooker if you are going to use canned beans.

This book is FULL of recipes that you will actually use. I haven't found a "dud" yet -- very easy and tasty. The book has expanded my use of my Instant Pot -- exactly what I wanted.

am really glad to come across this book and able to use my instant pot in lot more ways. This cookbook really enabled me to have more veggies, importantly in the easiest way and thus better health, we really love the taste of several dishes we tried so far.

Easy to follow directions and thoroughly written with simple items that are readily available in the pantry. This book is a life saver as there is no need to hunt for recipes amidst hectic workday schedules. Love it.

After being very disappointed with an instant pot cookery book previously purchased with high hopes I was dubious about buying this one. But I am so glad I did!

The ingredients are simple but the cooked dish is far from simple. You will find a wide range of recipes in this book My first try was the Thai Green Curry with Thai Fried Pineapple Rice. Excellent,

Buy this book you won't be disappointed at all and you will raise your cooking to another level.

UPDATE: Looking through some of the reviews with comments such as bland, nothing special on and on....I wondered why. I assumed people who had an IP were interested in cooking. As with everything, less is more and I would much prefer to add more spices according to our own personal taste, vary ingredients but have a book to hand that has perfect ratios for the recipes.

So I want to start by saying this in measured in Cups. So for myself it’s pretty annoying I have to convert everything.

So it’s pretty bland on recipes and doesn’t have that many for what you would expect in a recipe book.

Another thing is that it probably has about 5 pictures in total. So just looks like a collection of copy and paste recipes from Google.

I attempted making something basic from this... it came out flavourless and tbh I could have got a better recipe from a Google.

Needless to say I’m returning it

I have have about 6 Instant Pot cookbooks and there are gems in all of them, except this one. I hate leaving bad reviews bad I think I should warn potential buyers to not waste their money. I tried two recipes and both turned out terrible.. I cannot believe these were tested before being published. And the QA on this book is bad. Take the recipte on page 52 "mixed-vegetable Dal".. sounds promising right? The result was a bowl of mush.. tasteless mush. The mushy mess took over any flavours that tried to rise above the mushy pot of gloop that was the end result. And check the instructions: step 1: "Saute the onions and garlic".. now look at the ingredients list: no mention of garlic or onion. No QA there. Nobody tested this recipe that is clear.

Next I tried page 67 "Minestrone". the end result, again after following the recipe exactly, was a liquid-less mess of bloated beans and pasta. I had to add another 2 cups of veggie broth, plus some sriracha and Maggi seasoning to rescue this one. Had one small bowl and threw the rest out. Between those two recipes I threw out a lot of otherwise excellent vegetables. Book is now in my recycle bin. Seriously. I think there is a rush to produce Instant Pot cookbooks so I would like to suggest people take an extra month and (a) have someone try every recipe first and provide the author constructive feedback, and (a) do a QA: have someone else read the entire book for errors..
