This screen is definitely one of my best purchases of 2023. I recently moved apartment and was unable to use my previous standard throw projector as the room size I now have is smaller and the picture size would be only around 80 inches and I'd rather use a TV which would probably be cheaper for 80 inches. I sold that projector and invested in a 4K Ultra Short Throw projector and decided to just beam the image onto the wall. This was a mistake as there was terrible waving of the image and reading up on it, any imperfectly flat walls will directly affect the image and will cause warping. I looked at ALR screens but was horrified by the prices, and stumbled across this brand. Measuring my wall I could accommodate an 110 inch screen size and they had one available in that exact size and at a great price. I opted for just the basic white screen to keep the cost down and I was concerned about the image quality, but it's been really wonderful and the family have spent every evening watching movies and tv shows over the holidays.
When this arrived it was in a box that was smaller than I expected which was great as I thought it to be extremely long and heavy, but I was able to carry this just fine. There is an instruction booklet inside with all the needed screws, connecting bars and pieces needed to assemble. It seemed a little daunting at first but it was actually quite straight forward once I got into it. I managed to construct it all together myself. A few call outs for others, I would say definitely take heed of the note on having 2 feet of space around each side of the screen frame, and the more space you give yourself the better. Make sure your floor is clean especially if you have pets. The velvet side of the frame will be faced down and it will collect dust and hair easily. When stretching the screen to fit onto the frame with the lugs definitely observe where in the middle of the top and bottom to leave out initially so you can stretch across.
Once building the screen frame and attaching the screen, the next big step was mounting onto the wall. There are included wall plugs and screws and there are brackets you attach to the back of the frame. It's very difficult to hold this up on your own so I highly recommend having someone assist you. For my UST projector, I turned it on and positioned where on the wall I wanted the image. I then took a pencil and marked the corners of the image roughly. There is a little room for error due to the thickness of the frame so don't get hung up having it perfect. You can also adjust the image on your projector (if available). I then used those marked corners as my guide for height to hang and position. I used a spirit level to make sure it was straight and then measured where the holes for the hanging brackets would need to be. Once up, I was so impressed with how it looked and our Den now looks like a mini home cinema. I could not be more happy with how this turned out, and absolutely recommend considering this brand and their numerous size and screen color options instead of some of the ludicrously expensive ALR screens out there.

I install av systems professionally and decided to give this product a try for a project that was more budget-sensitive. The quality of these screens is on par with other major brands in pro video. Build quality and overall appearance are very good. Such an incredible value.
The only complaint I have is not with the brand or the screen itself but with Amazon and whoever shipped it. There was a hole in the box of one of the screens and the hardware kit was missing. When trying to deal with Amazon about it I was not able to speak with anyone directly and my only option online was to return the entire screen for a replacement. That seemed like too much of a hassle so I just ordered a hardware kit directly from Silver Ticket and had it overnighted. Cost was very reasonable but I did have to eat that cost.
Judging from the name, their website, and the fact that they have a location in the US that could overnight that hardware kit to me, I'm thinking this is an American company, which makes the value that much more impressive.

I am really impressed with the image quality this screen provides. I have the Epson 5050UB projector in my living room with minimal room treatments. I will have blackout curtains on the windows, but don't plan to paint the walls or ceiling, which are currently white. I was concerned about ending up with a washed out image due to poor light control. I come from an 82" Samsung Q70R with excellent contrast, so black levels are important to me.
Right away after assembling and hanging the screen, I was impressed with the contrast and black levels, even with light coming in through the windows. Once it's dark, the image explodes off the screen. The Revenant, followed by Ready Player One, both in 4K, looked amazing.
The 5050UB is known for it's great blacks and contrast but this image is everything I had hoped for. I went with the light grey to give the black level a little boost and I am very pleased with the result. As far as colors and the rendering of bright daylight images, this screen and projector combo are a knock out. The sun through the trees in The Revenant made us want sunglasses. The dark scene detail is also amazing. Something even my QLED TV could never do.
For those wondering, the screen was actually easy to assemble. Just be sure you have a large open area of floor and vacuum before you start. I was worried about the process, stretching the screen, but it really does go together nicely. The center support bar went in smoothly also. Note to the novices: don't forget to install the hanging brackets before you assemble the frame corners. I did forget and ended up having to make hanging brackets to fit the frame rather than disassemble it to install the hangers. All in all, it turned out excellent. I highly recommend the Silver Ticket light gray screen with the Epson 5050UB.
