The scale is sleek and according to consumer tests it is very precise and accurate. The Withings app is actually quite impressive as it can also consolidate your Apple Watch metrics into useful visualizations.

I do not believe that the fat to muscle measurements are in the least bit accurate. The measurements differentiate drastically, hence they lack any precision or accuracy. That being said, this is a top notch piece of equipment with a great accompanying app. Definitely worth the money.

I’m really digging this scale. Recently made the decision to lose weight & live healthier. Definitely let things go for too long. I already had a digital scale, but it was a little too varied in its measurements. I also wanted something that would sync to my health app. Everything I’m currently using shares data & im pretty happy. Keeps me honest lol. I was initially going to buy the UA Scale, but read concerns about inaccuracy. So I did some digging & after reading thru several review articles & comparisons I came to the decision to purchase this scale. Sure, it’s “another app”. However, it’s working seamlessly with Health (iOS), which in turn is working happily with other apps such as MyFitnessPal (or hell, maybe they talk directly to each other!?). Either way, they work. There’s no manual transfer of information required.

A quick pros-cons from an unprofessional reviewer :)
Pros:
Turns on & measures quickly (my other scale required waking up, setting 0, then stepping on. The process took nearly as long as this scale takes to display all measurements)
Looks amazing.
Adequately sized I don’t feel like I’m doing a balancing act standing on it!

Cons:
Price - you’re paying for a smart scale. Prepare for an increase
WiFi - 2.4ghz only. Not a big deal, but when I tried to connect to my 5ghz network it got “stuck”. Had to restart the process (and remember the diff password lol)
The App - not much of a con, but you do need the Nokia app, which means 1 more thing to keep updated on your phone/tablet. Otherwise the app is fine. Gives you the information you need. It’s not my primary but I do check on it from time to time.

I’d highly recommend the Nokia Body+ to anybody looking for a smart scale and can afford the price.

I'm going to preface this with the fact that I was a previous Fitbit Aria user. And after a year of wildly inaccurate readings, I'd just had enough. Trying to loose weight is hard enough without dealing with a scale that varies anywhere from 20 lbs higher or lower at any given time. I'd done everything recommended by fitbit, and was even resetting the thing every day and having to weigh in 3 times in a row just to hopefully get a somewhat correct idea of how my diet plan was going. There was no way I was going to invest in the Aria 2 after the fiasco with the first one. So, enter the Nokia Body+... I've only had it a day and can already tell it's insanely better. It was a breeze to set up and it seems to give pretty accurate readings, never varying by more than a fraction of a pound. I don't know if it is as precise as a triple balance beam scale at a doctor's office, but I don't need it to be. I just need to know that I'm moving in the right direction. With the Fitbit Aria I had no idea if I'd actually lost weight, gained weight, or if the scale was acting up since it could be totally off even when weighing myself a few times within a few minutes. The Nokia Body+ is consistent with weigh-ins, and that's what's important for me. And the other features are handy too. I don't really think I need a scale that tells me the weather, but I do like the auto tracking and it easily linked up with my Fitbit account and my Weight Watchers account. Oh yeah, the Aria wouldn't even sync with WW properly and was throwing in all these weigh-ins that I'd deleted and every time it synced they just came back. So now Aria is an expensive paper weight, but I'm really happy with the Nokia scale. If you are deciding between the two, choose this one. Hands down.

La Bilancia in sé e fantastica, ma prima di continuare; sì, in tutta la recensione per me sarà 'La Bilancia" e non "La bilancia" 😉.

Questa Bilancia riesce a calcolare tutto, dalla massa muscolare a quella grassa, e con la connettività al WiFi e all'applicazione Mobile per Android e iOS "Withings" ti permette di creare dei profili diversi con varie statistiche diverse, che poi vengono inviate alla Bilancia, cosicché quando togli le ciabatte, sali sopra per 5/6 secondi, capisce la massa muscolare e grassa e altre caratteristiche come l'IMC, andando a salvare il tutto nell'applicazione e nel proprio profilo, mostrando vari grafici che ti fanno capire l'andamento del peso.

Ottima l'integrazione anche del contapassi che può essere sincronizzato con altri servizi di Salute come Samsung Health.

L'applicazione da anche la possibilità di inserire manualmente dei dati, come peso e BPM, per andarli a registrare sempre nel proprio profilo, magari per quando la Bilancia è scarica o vuoi tenere traccia dei vari dati quando non ti pesi sulla tua Withings Body+.

È presente anche la personalizzazione delle varie interfaccie che la Bilancia mostra quando ci sali sopra che sono anche smistabili in base al profilo che le modifica (ad es. se vuoi mostrare dopo la misurazione l'IMC o la massa grassa).

Ogni tanto l'app ti ricorda di fare sport! (e di salire sulla Bilancia)

C'è anche un modo di condividere la cartella clinica e anche di selezionare di quale periodo includere le misurazioni, tutte in PDF.

È anche presente un riquadro che tiene conto di tutte le statistiche, come passi e giorni in cui hai raggiunto l'obiettivo passi.

L'introduzione dei Badge la reputo abbastanza superflua, ma dato che si potrebbe "gareggiare" in base a questi, ottenendoli tramite i passi e i km fatti a piedi, potrebbe essere un'idea non del tutto inutile!

QUALITÀ DELLA BILANCIA
Ho acquistato il colore bianco, e devo dire che ne sono soddisfatto, le finiture sono perfette e il colore è azzeccato. Ciò che alza l'asticella della qualità è la connettività, senza quella sarebbe una semplice bilancia con un display in grado di calcolare massa muscolare e grassa.

CONCLUSIONI
Non credo esista un Must Have delle bilance, ma nel caso questa potrebbe essere tra le migliori!
Le finiture, la qualità e la connettività la rendono una delle migliori, e una delle più lussuose.

Accuracy with Extreme Accuracy!!!!!!

This scale blows others away hands down, easy to use and easy to setup. Setting up the app for multiple users with separate devices is easy, both my wife and I have Ipads and wanted our weights and stuff recorded to our own accounts and our own ipad, it was not specific if that could be down from the info given in the amazon listing, and many were complaining it was difficult and would not sync to other devices, not true at all. It syncs to both my wife’s and my ipad, it knows who I am and my wife when we get on the scale and sends the right info to the right device, so have no worries about this at all. A small few that gave this a one star report connection issues and such with wifi, also not true thieve people in my opinion have very little skills with wifi and setting it up, this is why they either cannot connect at all, or perhaps lose connection after a few months, blame the router and equipment not the scale. The scale accuracy is off the shelf, it is sooooooo accurate its not funny, I wish it was not that accurate so I would weigh less, but it tells the truth, wether you like it or not. Please ignore the one star people, they really are just being ignorant and not giving a fair review at all, if you take the time to read the one star, you quickly see they did not know what they were doing or saying. One person said it was not accurate cause it gave different weight every time he stepped on it, I can say it was cause all these scales use sensors in the feet and you need to be balanced on the scale, if you lean right to left too much or forward or backwards too much the scale shows arrows to get you standing straight, this would throw any scale off even a mechanical one, but it would not give you feedback as to why it was not accurate, the withing gives you feedback and in a few try’s you will be getting on and off without even needing the arrows to get you standing straight. This is the big reason there is a one star for some is the accuracy, and if you cannot follow simple directions on how to use it, then maybe you should not be operating the scale, its simple stand on it and if you need to adjust your posture then follow the arrows and get your accurate weight. sorry for a long review, but many of the one stars need to be addressed as they give a really back picture of the scale that simply is not true. Wifi connection also needs to be addressed, I cannot speak for older routers, but if you have a really old router, then perhaps you need an updated router, with age routers degrade and become troublesome. They tend to drop devices and have issues with newer wifi protocols used in newer devices. This is not the fault of the device but the fault of the router, either it needs an update or replacement. There is not issue with accuracy or connectivity at all with this scale. Please buy it with complete trust. I also read a review that said they have poor customer service, not true, I called them 2 times once for info on the blood pressure device they have and the other was on a feature on the scale, both times the support was excellent. Please have complete trust in both Amazon and Withing on this scale. It was delivered in good packing and worked great.
