    Of course he had to start with the Trex. Took him hours, but he was great with the book, went through everything step by step, and finished it after about 2 hours. So proud of him!And he absolutely loved working on it.He's also loving the other 2 forms - though he does have to dismantle quite a bit of the three to make the other guys.Perfect toy. There's something about lego that makes me feel like the kid is getting smarter as he works on it. Definitely worth it.Rating is for the product itself.I do have to rant a little bit about amazon delivery. Why do they sometimes uselessly ship little things like a pen in a huge box, and box items like this in a plastic bag? Of course, during Christmas season, so the box comes damaged. I have to return it cuz it's too damaged. And even though my initial purchase was for a 1-day delivery, it takes about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered. Worst of all, the replacement box is also damaged, though a little less. By now it's too late for me look elsewhere so I was stuck with gifting a crumpled box, annoyed as heck, but not able to do anything about it.
