I have it and it’s junk. It Came ripped in multiple spots right out of the box. Then when I put it up, the zipper ripped on day 2. Then the ropes that are used to anchor it ripped right off the tent. They give you little flimsy bags that they want you to fill with sand to help weight it down from the wind. The bags don’t help. The anchors don’t stay. If there is any wind over 10 mph, the product does not do well. It has blown over twice in the 10 days I have it and 3 Of the anchor ropes of have totally ripped off the tent.
They give you poles to keep the top up, but they don’t fit properly and seem to cave in. I called and the customer support told me to tie the poles with a shoe lace or a ribbon to help keep them sturdy! She said many people called to complain, but tying helps. This is a failed product.
After it fel the 2nd time and the anchors ripped, I called and the company directly and no questions asked they sent me another one free of charge. They said I didn’t have to send the old one back as shipping was too much. I just needed to text them pictures of the rips. I texted pictures. They sent me a new one and it came out of the box with rips again. It should be a glaring warning that they didn’t even want the old one back, and sent me a new one for free. Really Cheap product.
This thing is junk. It would be great if it worked and was built well and held up in the wind and didn’t rip, but it doesn’t, so it’s junk.
I have never reviewed a product in my life. If you are in a corona pandemic, like me, and you are thinking of ways to add some outdoor space for the kids to play when it’s cold or raining, then keep looking, as this Alvanator sucks.
The Alvanator totally sucks and will fall over in the wind and will rip and tear.
Fair warning. Do not buy the Alvanator.

The little tie straps that you use when you roll up the doors are a little bit short in my opinion and I have attached some elastic loops just for ease. (I don’t have a lot of patience though so if you were to roll the door tight they would probably be fine)
Well worth the extra money. We do feel the dome adds privacy when we are using the hot tub.
