When I first opened the packaging and looked at the drill I thought it looked like a toy. Was I wrong! This little drill is one lil workhorse. I've added on a room to my house, built a fence , and a couple other miscellaneous projects and it still had a decent charge. (But I slide it in the charger now and then anyway out of habit). The variable speed takes a bit of getting used to as it It has unexpected power. But once you do - this thing is off to the races! I've been doing home repair and construction for 35 years and this is the best power tool for the money I have ever purchased. WOW!
