-
Flowers Galore!
Flowers will start to bloom within the next few weeks and will continue through the Summer!

Collect The Seeds
At the end of the season, you can allow the flowerheads to dry and collect the seeds for next year!
Are your seeds heirloom?
Yes, our seeds are heirloom varieties that have been bred for decades.
How many square feet can this mixture cover?
Even the tiniest of seeds in the blend has a potential spread of at least 6 inches wide. At minimum we like to say 100 square feet, but realistically you could spread this mix at least 200 to 250 square feet by spreading sparingly.
If I fail to get growth results will you further assist?
Absolutely! We are always here to help you get successful growth on all Seed Needs products. If you run into any issues, let us know and we will make it right!
Are the seeds fresh?
We carry some of the absolute freshest seeds around. We move through inventory so quickly that it causes us to constantly replenish with new stock. Our seed is also protected in moisture free, airtight packaging.
Is there any filler in the package?
Nope! We strive to fill each pouch with nothing but pure, clean, fresh seed. Sure there may be a small twig or two sometimes, but the package contains 99% seed.

The nasturtiums came up quickly, to a height of about 48", but not one bloomed. They were overtaken by zinnias, which were overtaken by tree mallow. I was not familiar with tree mallow, so the beauty of that bloom, individually and collectively, is worth the price of admission. Competition is also fierce with the sensation cosmos.
Not having filled a flower bed with wildflowers before, it's been an education experience and enjoyable, but going forward it's a bit shaggy and too unmanageable for my tastes. The unnatural height causes the outer plants to snap and fall over with a moderate breeze or heavy rain. On the plus side, I've had steady traffic of swallowtails, monarchs, and more kinds of bees than I can count.
