Only regret is not buying it sooner
I spent a solid six months trying to decide on a mop/vacuum model to buy and settled on the iFloor Breeze 3 based on my needs - I am in an 800 square foot apartment, so the features vs. price was well suited to my needs compared one of the higher end models. I knew I wanted a Tineco based on the video reviews I had watched and the relative level of quiet compared to other brands.I wish I had bought it sooner, because it does exactly what I need and cuts my cleaning time in half compared to my previous chore list of having to sweep or vacuum the floor before running over it with a steam mop. The Tineco is light, maneuverable, quiet, and does a fantastic job cleaning (see: the disgusting water tank after cleaning my entryway following a snowy week where I had to take my shoes off inside and track dirty snow on the floor!).The reviews noting it has a tough time with stuck-on spots are correct - anything that has been left long enough to dry can be hard to pick up because the brush is soft. The best workaround I’ve found to this (other than immediately cleaning that kind of spill) is to set the roller brush over the dried spill and hit the max water flow button. Sticking to the same spot and gently rocking the Tineco back and forth over stuck on spills with max water running does a pretty good job of lifting up even the more stubborn debris.The biggest benefit for me is the way it can manage pet hair. The way it is designed there are several areas to strain pet hair and keep it from clogging the system, and as someone with a heavy-shedding pet it has been a godsend. This mop/vacuum is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, but I will be upgrading to one of the higher end models when I have a larger space to clean. The battery life is perfect for a small (1 or 2 bedrooms max) apartment, but if you’re trying to mop a full 2000 square foot house a corded model or one with a larger battery life is going to be more appropriate.I am a big time vacuum enthusiast because I’m constantly cleaning up pet hair (this mop/vacuum is one of 5 vacuums I have in my apartment) and it is absolutely top of the line and my favorite one to use! I highly recommend it to anyone considering a mop/vacuum and am looking forward to see what Tineco puts out in the future - I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

Alright, everyone here is a skeptical person so this is gonna be an honest review. Vacuum feature: I don't particularly care for it. My floors are tile and full of dog hair and toddler snacks, unfortunately this vacuum feature doesn't work for my floors but that's ok. The mop feature? Love it. I haven't mopped my floors in months, don't judge me we have all been there. And when I first used this I thought ah it's white tile floors that you can see dirt on, if it was really that bad I would see it. WRONG. my first tank was g r o s s. The reviews are true you cannot use this machine like a vacuum or a mop you have to go a little slower, but the machine pushes for you all you have to do is hold it. Yes the water tank is small, my house is 3b 2 bath 1400sqft and everything is tile aside from the bedrooms. To clean the main rooms takes 2 tanks. If I want to clean the bathrooms that would require at least 2 more tanks. The good news is that it's so easy to take off and clean and get new water and cleaner and keep on going. I did not time myself in my cleaning so I cannot confirm if this machine does die in 20 minutes. I imagine if your home is larger you might be off put by this product due to how many times you need to fill the tank and the run time. I love that it's very simple to take apart and clean, very minimal clean up time afterwards. If you are picky about the roller brush being dirty I suggest buying extra. It takes about 2 days for the roller to fully dry and it only comes with 2. It also comes with 2 smaller bottles of cleaner, but only requires 1 cap full per tank. The ONLY downfall I have found is the output tube for floor cleaning has dog hair residue that cannot even be cleaned with the self cleaning option. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about that later on or if it will cause any issues. This really is a good buy, it's lightweight, effective and simple. I put a photo of my floors and the tube I'm talking about.
