How to Dismantle Pneumatic Cylinder?
Step 1: Disassemble the seat from the base with a screwdriver.
Step 2: Use a rubber hammer to tap on the center of the part that connects the seat and the air cylinder. Repeat 5-6 times until the air cylinder comes off the part.
Step 3: Turn over the base. Use the rubber hammer to tap on the center of the base to loosen and disassemble the air cylinder from the base.

Overall a great looking sturdy chair
The chair looks great and really that’s the main reason to buy it. It seems pretty sturdy after a month of daily use. The material probably won’t last forever but it seems like it might give a few years of service. The height adjustment works well, but that’s all the adjustment that you get. It isn’t the most comfortable and there isn’t really any back support. But, considering the reviews I didn’t expect it to be exceptionally comfortable. Overall, it’s a good looking chair that’s pretty inexpensive.

Love these for dining chairs. Comfortable, easy to wheel. Hoping the upholstery will not discolor - time will tell. Great value for the price. Delivery was not Amazon and as usual sucked ( in our area). Delivery service normally destroys and damages product. Yep. The handles of the chairs were protruding from the very thin (and un insulated packaging), one set was bent and scraped. We planned not to use the arms anyway, so all is good!!!

Chair appears to be well built and was very easy to assemble. A huge problem with it is the arm rests. They are no where near an adult size, and even hunching in the chair doesn't allow them to be used. In order to use you have to lean to one size or another. The chair itself is rather uncomfortable but would work for short stints at the computer. For my son to use for homeschooling is unpractical and uncomfortable.
