I was hesitant to purchase, because I saw reviewers state that the images are grainy/blurry (perhaps I need glasses?!), and that it isn't a real-sized coffee table book (untrue. It's just horizontal (think: panoramic) instead of vertical. See the last attached photo comparing it to a "standard" coffee table book).Beach-lover I decided to order it since Amazon had the HOLIDAYBOOK promotion, and I am delighted I did (even though using the code cost me the Verified Purchase status).The book is wonderfully organized, and the vivid yet tranquil photos are mesmerizing (and tantalizing. Gray Malin, take me away!).

This is a photography book. The photography (mainly aerial) is both interesting and beautiful. The book is quite a visual escape. Great for a summer feel. These are aerial photos of beaches from around the world. The photos are taken from a helicopter looking down on the beach from above. Would also make a great gift for anyone who loves the beach. There is very little text but the photos are beautiful, often very colorful. Just a pleasure to flip through and enjoy. Perfect coffee table book. Guests will enjoy it too.
