It’s massively changed what I eat at home (more variety, more vegetables, better flavours), and also given me better packed lunches for work - I make one of the recipes and it lasts me 3 lunches.
Good variety of veg, fish and meat dishes. I love it even though I hardly use the meat recipes - there’s still loads of other options.
I bought a nice quality tray and it’s worked great for the recipes. She gives advice about which sort of treat to use but she’s very flexible and relaxed - good advice. Great mix of flavours. It sometimes takes more than 10 mins to prep, but generally v quick, easy and straightforward. It means we have special meals in a short time with very little faff.
My favourite of all my cook books!
I’ve bought 3 of her other tray books, too, but this remains my most used. Partly due to the quickness and also good variety.
