I bought these about a year ago to try and add some low intensity exercises to my daily routine. It took me a while to start using them but quickly got used to them and started doing some of the included exercises. I didn't see a lot of results but I do like using them and they help me to stay moving. One of the bands has a tear in it so I'll probably end up tossing that one but they others have survived so far. They don't seem to extend very far and I'm afraid of snapping them but they do have pretty good resistance. They also come with a little bag to keep them all together, which is a nice touch. I'm not sure I'd buy them again, I'd rather look at some in a store or maybe get a band that's wider than these. These are about 2in wide and shrink when you stretch them, hence my fear of breaking them.
